Downed toaster every time, final straw is the new employees being horribly rude to the people in front of me just ordering their food. Then not understanding my question about why my order was cancelled as soon as I got to the restaurant after my drive. Wouldn’t let me reorder with the same deal I had, still took my money (I understand that gets refunded eventually) and then got upset that I decided to then leave instead of paying $24 more dollars for food. I understand hating your job, but I didn’t force you to work there and neither did the couple in front of me.

Ordered online. Went through on my card waited 15 minutes before I showed up to pickup my two subs. Told me it didn’t go through when it clearly took out the card. And had to dispute it on my credit card. Its like they canceled because that app told me it was ready. I wouldn’t recommend. Drive to Danville or Lancaster.

Had to update my review. Tonight just wasn’t my night, or it wasn’t the workers. They just seemed so scattered. No meatballs so they were heating to order and it was only 6pm, not sure why they didn’t just put some more on to cook. They didn’t cut my sandwich at all so I had to wrench it apart with my hands. Was in there for 35 min for 2 sandwiches.

We placed 7 orders and not one of them were right. We were charged for food we did not get. We won’t be going back simply because the manager and the assistant manager refused to make it right. We couldn’t even get what we ordered. They argued saying that they pulled up the camera and it showed them making everyone of the sandwiches perfect. I will eventually reach the owner of this store apparently they don’t know what is going on there and if they do that’s even worse. Word of mouth in a small town goes a long way. Shame on the staff let this happen. Trust me we were not trying to get free food. We just wanted what we ordered and paid for.

I just left there and got 2 sandwiches. Ive only taken a bite out of one so far the one I have eaten was a meatball foot long on Italian heart and cheese with pepper jack, onion, spinach, and onion. The meatballs are severely overcooked to the point of being as hard as golf balls it’s completely inedible. I’m highly disappointed if my service wasn’t so fantastic I’d call the store and ask for a refund or replacement. Even though my service was great I will not be returning this is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with my food.
