Usually my go-to pizza spot. They always have the great flavors and crust. I like the BYO price. This time, I ordered ricotta cheese on my pizza and they left it out 🙁 disappointing.

My go-to pizza place, can’t beat $13 and unlimited toppings. And thin crust! So delicious, all of their toppings and ingredients are always fresh tasting and better than other chains.
My favorite combo usually contains mozzarella + ricotta cheese, plenty of chicken and sausage, and a healthy sprinkle of some vegetables. Then it’s topped off with a pesto dressing. Photo attached.

We’ve been to this location twice now and both times have had a great experience. The staff are friendly and really take their time when constructing your pizza. We’ve been to other Blaze locations where they were much more rushed in making our pizzas and it showed in the final product. We’re vegan so we get no cheese and all the veggies which they are very generous with. We love this location!!

The concept of this type of restaurant is very basic. It’s like being in a school cafeteria. The pizza is not brought to you. Your name is called to pickup your pizza. You receive no plates or the offer of silverware. No plates in site or I just didn’t notice. Employees seemed to have a lack of enthusiasm. The cheese & the toppings slid right off of the pie. The rules on what size your allowed to choose from is extremely limited, I was told i can only purchase an X-LARGE pizza by ordering online?! Really?? Ridiculous. Anyway that’s my opinion.

I’ve been to other Blaze pizza locations so totally know what to expect.
The food was great. On point. What I expected. I got a regular crust, double pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and jalapeno pizza. Really good.
The issue I have is with the service. The person that helped me out never looked up. She seemed depressed. Not wanting to be there. Low voice. No energy whatsoever.
We never know what people are going through in life. So we have to be sensitive to that I get it. But if you’re in a customer facing position, you gotta do better.

What’s the point of a create your own pizza that costs $25 (TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!) and they send you the wrong pizza, and then refuse to make it correctly and redeliver? Lesson learned – always choose Northwood Pizza of Irvine – these chains and their horrible customer service can’t compete.

Love this place. Pizza toppings are all included in price for “build your own” pizza, pick whatever you want! (Unlike that place in Woodbury charging arm & leg for an additional toppings… ) The space is huge, nice woodsy design, workers are so friendly, service is fast, pizza is made right in front of you, ready in 5 mins.

Like many of the reviews I’ve experienced the poor service. However, the last time I was here the restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, and pizza is great. Give it a try, and if you get bad vibes there’s other good choices in the center.

This is a build your own pizza place. They have several toppings to choose from and I guess you can pile your pie with as many toppings as you want. I got their new Spicy Chicken pizza.
The pizza had spicy tomato sauce, ghost pepper infused chicken meatballs, with scorpion pepper slaw , and a hot sauce on top. I love spice and this pizza had a nice bite. I can take a lot more heat, but this might be to hot if you’re not a spice fan.
Everyone here is nice, they wear masks and gloves and follow COVID rules. I enjoyed my food, and would definitely return.
