Wow. I have never encountered such rude unprofessional employees. In one sentence the young black man said at least 3 curse words while ringing me up and talking to another employee. Had to ask for napkins, which should be offered especially with a sandwich and they know they are not where customers can grab. I expected the price to be high bc is the airport but not a smile no how are you just robotic anything else said to me like 4x and then cursing while talking to another employee. No work ethic.

Overpriced, rude and incompetent employees. I like Jimmy John’s, but not likely to eat at another one after my experience here at the airport. They completely forgot to make my sandwich, after 20 minutes I asked for a refund, wasn’t given one but they finally made my sandwich. Suggest you try something else to eat at the airport. The regular combo was over $25. Ridiculous for a small sub sandwich, chips and coke.

Inexperienced staff. I paid $21.40 for a small tortilla sandwich with a medium Diet Coke. I asked for a refill, and they refused. I had to buy another Diet Coke because I ran out of my drink. Horrible and expensive restaurant with inexperienced young employees. Will never spend a dime on it ever again.

The worst sandwich and experience I ever had from Jimmy John’s. Turkey was different. The cashier informed me she put oil and vinegar on my sandwich. I told her I did not taste it then she informed me they did not have vinegar. Sandwich was not cut in half, asked for a knife to do it myself and they didn’t have that either. Asked for a refill of Diet Coke and was informed they do not give free refills and I would have to pay $5 for another drink, huh . Is this a real Jimmy John’s???? Never again
