(1) Star is only for the atmosphere, must be a remodeled/new location! Service was HORRIBLE! The worst I’ve had in a long time. I Attempted to order in drive thru, cashier delayed every response, eventually I gave up and decided to order inside, still it wasn’t no better, she lacked communication and cooperation, didn’t have patience to explain food on menu, or prices. I will not be visiting this location anymore in the future. Hopefully cashier was just having a bad day, and no other customers has to go through this!

Im not sure if this location is privately owned or corporate owned but whoever made the decision to fire Brandon Henderson made the worst business mistake ever! I used to be a regular at this Popeyes. Everyone knew my “usual” and Brandon gave the best customer service i’ve ever received! Unfortunately there is another guy who I believe replaced Brandon as the hiring manager ( though he has been there for a while ), I have never received worse customer service and food quality from a single person so repeatedly! I understand and know the circumstances of Brandons release but it’s illogical to sacrifice the business and food quality over something so simple! Seriously reconsider firing Brandon or you WILL have to file bankruptcy.

I have been here many times. The food I have gotten is usually good otherwise I would not continue to be back. My issue is the continued bad customer service. The way people speak to you is so unprofessional, never please or thank you, and tons of attitude. It seems to me that someone is hiring friends and feel safe in their bad behavior . You need a manager to hold employees accountable. The problems I have had has been with females. The men at least smile and are pleasant. The female I had yesterday acted if I was an annoyance for a to go order. With Bojangles literally 2 stores over you are going to need to do something, along with addressing how people have to pick up their food when not ready, perhaps use the side parking labeled, and “I’m sorry for the delay”

I don’t know how someone managed this, but I ordered the chicken sandwich combo on Doordash and clicked on the option of No Mayo with it. And I couldn’t believe what I was seeing when I unwrapped it. It looked like someone dump the whole jar of mayonnaise on the sandwich and was completely dripping on the side. I already contact Doordash about it, but when I called the store to speak to the manager about my complaint, she was just very rude. And even saying something about “How was that even possible” before rudely interrupting me. I just don’t understand how this even happened or what’s going on at the cooking station but I felt completely sick to my stomach. I don’t want to sound like a Karen, coming from someone who also works retail/food service, but this is completely ridiculous. Please do better about this.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location I’ve recieved either abrasive service in person or uncollectable/substitued items on delivery apps. Fries ordered twice and have been told via the uber driver that the employees have said “they’re waiting on the truck”. This has been at 1 hour prior close or before… leads me to think it is more of we don’t want to deal anything not already on a warmer at this point.

Literally laughed…these kids were out of Mac n cheese, coleslaw, cheesecake, minute maid lemonade. Everything I initially tried to order they were out of. I asked for 2 orders of chicken tenders, he said it would be a 5 min. wait. I said that’s fine. Then I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and he said that will take 4 min. It was as if they didn’t want to serve me. They asked me to wait in the parking lot…which was over 10 min. They brought food out to the car that was in front of me…and then to the car behind me. I’m not sure what is wrong with this place, but I’ll never be back. Horrible customer service. I asked for Ranch dressing, with 2 orders of 5 piece chicken tenders the girl brought out only ONE ranch cup. She said I can drive back through their drive through if I wanted more…to sit in that line again??? Are you kidding me? Who is the manager of this place?! Just close your doors, honestly. What a disgrace.
I got home and the red beans and rice weren’t even cooked. Dried out and hard rice. GROSS GARBAGE.

There was nobody in the drive thru when I pulled up and it still took 5 mins for somebody to ask what I wanted. I ordered a water with my food and it tasted like the scooped it straight out of a toilet bowl. Then asked for a coke which they gave me and it was also horrendous with how bad it tastes. I’ve never once received a drink from this Popeyes that tasted correctly.

Paid Almost $5 for some.cheeses bites that were practically crumbs. Waste of money and the time I had to wait at the window because there was no one else in line and then I had to pull around for this!? This is the 2nd bad service from this establishment… wont be back! Theyre in there playing.
