Saladworks provided great vegetarian food at this airport. There were some dressing options not available, but everything tasted fresh and delicious. I liked the Mandarin orange and apple slices. The chili fried chicken was also great.

My 3 visits over the last year were very unpleasant due to unfriendly workers. They act bothered that you stop. 1st visit I walked away and did not order after dealing with unfriendly staff. Next visit got food but I remember they were rude. This visit more of the same but just wanted a quick salad so I injured the root and unfriendly process of trying to order there. Makes me scared to eat the food since they don’t care or put any effort in their job. I hope they do better with hiring as I like the concept of quick salad. Dressing too small too though and must order 2 for extra cost. Food seems good. Workers bad and seem very unhappy there.

the person wiping down the preparation station was constantly wiping her nose with her hand Workers were generally not friendly and the area was unsanitary. I paid for my food because it was an awkward situation, then promptly threw it out because I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I would really appreciate a refund for the $13+ I spent, and I recommend avoiding this place due to poor food safety standards.

Honestly, this was one of the worst customer experiences Ive had. The staff was extremely unfriendly, rude, and off putting. There was no line when I walked up, but after several moments waiting, I wasn’t greeted, or even acknowledged, as one of the staff continued to sweep. I had to get her attention and ask if they were open, to which she just glared at me and said “yep”. After that, it just got worse. “What do you want” was how she took my order, and when I asked any question she didnt respond, just kind of grunted. She did stop making my order to gossip briefly with her coworker though. When I went to pay, she walked away before my card even finished, and when there was an issue I had to get the attention of her coworker to rerun it. Obviously no “thank you for dining with us” or “have a good day”. This was my first time trying this restaurant and needless to say I will not be a return customer. Absolutely horrendous service and mediocre food.

When I arrived, there was no line, yet the employee working did not acknowledge me or stop what she was doing for several minutes. When she finally did stop, she did not make eye contact, greet me, or ask how she could help. There was no indication that she was ready to take my order. After an uncomfortably long pause, she abruptly snarked, “Are you ready?” while standing halfway down the salad line. I said yes and she again said nothing, simply staring at me without saying a word. ‍ Most concerning, she sneezed twice and then immediately proceeded to prepare my salad without washing her hands or changing her gloves. Gross! I regret not walking away instead of paying for an overpriced $19 tiny airport salad.

Romaine was super crunchy and tasty! All other ingredients seem good. No vegetarian protein that I could see. Service was adequate.

Too pricey.

Shanorial, General Manager of Salad Works, takes customer service SERIOUSLY! I really appreciate her efforts to articulate important processes and practices to her staff. I enjoyed my interaction with her and will definitely patronize Salad Works upon my return to ATL Airport!!

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great, healthy option at the airport. The salad wrap was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to choose our own ingredients. Service was excellent — quick, friendly, and efficient.

Soooo delicious!!! Affordable and fresh! I love all of the available ingredients!! Staff wasn’t as personable/sociable as I would like and the line moved pretty slowly but I’ve had worst for sure! Next time Im in ATL, I will be stopping back by for a more healthier option!!!

Went there to get an avocado cobb salad, got a salad with one slice of avocado, literally one (teeny tiny) slice of avocado buried down the bowl for me to find. Compare the picture of what they offer vs what they serve. That bowl was barely saved by the dressing.
