By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Waited 45 minutes for food. They got the order wrong. Went back inside to get order fixed and they continued to get it wrong. Ended up giving me 6 fries total with my meal. DO NOT GO HERE!!

went down there and i got ten piece for 10.99 and we waited 30 mins on chicken and while we was waiting they was playing with phone and we was told to pull up after we was sitting at the window for 5 mins. we got home and the chicken is burnt and hard. i reached out to one of the workers named moesha and told her and she told me that it did t have nothing to do with her.

We’ve gotten food from here twice since they opened. Both times the chicken and sides were great! Service was a little slow but the employees were nice and apologetic about it and it’s also still new so no biggie. Our order has been correct both times which is important to me because Popeyes never gets it right and the employees are rude when you ask for the correct stuff. Church’s will def be our go-to for fried chicken from now on! Oh, and the buttered corn is so good!

On January 22, 2026 I placed a mobile order and upon arriving at the restaurant, the ticket was still on the register terminal bring ignored. It caused me to be late for work cause I had to wait on chicken, the chicken still had feathers attached, an item was left off and biscuits were hard. I submitted a complaint with no response about correcting the mistake.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality. My chicken was undercooked, the biscuits were tough, and the okra lacked freshness. The dishes lacked heat and freshness. Given the subpar taste of the food, I question the necessity of the wait.

We went there at 9:14 because website says they close at 12 .we stood in there for 10 min with no one even tell us anything. I heard the worker tell another worker we only have so many chicken fingers so I ask are yal close n .she mumble at 10 . Still no sorry we only have limited item .nothing just truns around like we not there . Another ma. Was in there before us. And was not being help .while I guy stands a the pick up widow with every employee attention on him !
