Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing across several areas, primarily food quality, preparation, and value. Overall, the food lacked flavor and freshness. The rice had the look and taste of basic microwaved rice, and the beans appeared unseasoned, as though they came straight from a can. The proteins were especially underwhelming: both the steak and chicken were served in very large pre-cut chunks that were massively impractical for a burrito or bowl. I watched the steak on the grill appear to be lightly seasoned with what looked like Montreal-style seasoning, which didn’t align with the bold, layered flavors one would expect from a burrito-focused restaurant. The chicken was similarly unremarkable, to the point that my girlfriend didn’t feel comfortable finishing her bowl, something I’ve never experienced with her before. Not only did I want to emphasize the unreasonably sized chunks of chicken and steak but they were also just so dry beyond the lack of seasoning I mentioned.
The toppings also felt low-quality. The shredded cheese was like the starchy pre-packaged grocery-store cheese, the lettuce appeared pre-cut and lacking freshness, and the chipotle ranch was excessively thick and overpowering, more like mayonnaise than a sauce meant to complement the food.
When we first walked in, we noticed there were no photos of the food displayed, which initially seemed like a design choice. After receiving our meals, it became clear why. Visually, the food was very unexciting. We still gave it a fair try, but the overall impression was that the menu needs a significant refresh, from the tortillas and proteins to the toppings and sauces. With improved quality and attention to flavor, I would absolutely be willing to give this place another chance.
Service and pricing added to the frustration. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it took about 10 minutes for one bowl and one burrito to be prepared with two employees working. During that time, additional customers entered and were able to check out ahead of us due to how long the burrito took to wrap. At the register, our total came to $31.21 for one bowl and one burrito, which felt extremely high given the portion quality and overall experience. At that price point, expectations are naturally higher, and unfortunately they weren’t met. I can genuinely say this is one of the few times I’ve been super upset over not just the price, but the food that was offered at that price.
I truly wanted to enjoy this restaurant, and I don’t write reviews lightly or from a picky-eater “pretentious” perspective. This feedback is offered in the hope that it encourages a serious evaluation of the menu, preparation, and value. With meaningful changes, this could be a much stronger offering, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it. It seems other reviewers agree with points of concern I mentioned and I’d love for some changes to be made, particularly in the quality and freshness of the food.
What really makes this place stand out is the customer service. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It’s clear they go the extra mile to make sure each visit is a great one. You can feel that the leadership here genuinely values great service—and that mindset flows from the top down.
If you’re looking for delicious food and an awesome experience every time, this is the place to go.

Good: the people behind the counter were very quick and very nice. Some of the steak in my bowl was delicious.
Bad: I got my takeout and was back to my hotel room in less than 5 minutes- the food was room temperature, not even warm. About 30% of the steak was inedible(hard fat).
It was overpriced and not worth the money at all.
People there were kind and food came out fast.
