Barefoot’s is a Hilton San Destin staple!
It is consistent, reliable and always there. We’ve been attending the MS Bar convention for approximately 20 years, and have eaten at Barefoots for almost as long.
Whether it’s lunch, snacks or dinner, Barefoots has something that you can order.
While the menu is not big it has the seafood standbys, the chicken tenders, burgers, dogs, and fries- so the whole family can eat.
The drinks are good and plentiful. The fried baskets are good. The tuna dip is surpassingly good.
Peal and eat shrimp are above average. The burgers and hotdogs hit just right when you need a break from seafood.
Is it expensive? Yes, but it’s right there. You walk. You wear a bathing suit. They bring you your food to the table, the cabana or the beach!
Just do a room charge! Buy now, pay later!!

I love the outside setting that it offers. The server was kind and made every effort to attend to our needs. I ordered a burger, which was very tasty. I also drank a chocolate martini, which was yummy. My friend also had a burger as well. We enjoyed the ambiance of being so close to the beach and the fresh air.

Super friendly and attentive service from Kim! Very convenient location for Hilton guests – between pool and beach. Nice menu options. Firecracker Shrimp wrap was refreshing and had a nice kick. Nachos were huge!

Great place for a quick bite. Great atmosphere, poolside and oceanfront dining. We enjoyed outdoor seating under cover with plenty of fans. We were very comfortable even though it was over 90 degrees out. Food was great and service was awesome. Had shrimp tacos and the ultimate nachos. The food was very fresh and delicious. Despite not being guests of the hotel, we felt very welcomed and would come back again, perhaps as guests of the resort next time!

Nice cafe near the pool. Does have the beach and club vibes. The price is not high and is not low. Average price. Service is good. You have the option either to pay by card or to pay later by providing your room number, name and signature. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks which os great. Clean and nice service. Nachos portion is large, simply two or three people can share it together.

I’ve been here several times and must say that the only thing worth ordering here is their burgers. They are pretty good. I wanted to get the shrimp tacos but they no longer serve them. Therefore, I tried the fish(Mahi)tacos. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! They gave 3 small strips, and I mean small, dried fish. It came with lettuce, and fries. They gave me so much lettuce and fries, you would have thought I was making fries and lettuce tacos. You could barely taste . The fish was so dry, I couldn’t eat it. All this for $25. Do yourself a favor and order you a burger or go inside the hotel to Sandcastle’s Restaurant and Lounge, and order you some wings. You can’t go wrong with those two. The wings are delicious as well. You do get a great beach view at Barefoot’s.

After intermittent fasting,swimming, and hanging out on the Hilton Sandestin Beach, I was famished. So, I was ready for a tasty and fulfilling lunch. Because Barefoot Beachside Bar and Grill is on the property, I decided to look at its menu options. Everything on the menu fit my dietary desires such as salads, wraps, seafood, meat! Plus, gluten free ingredients. I selected the jerk chicken nachos because it’s been a while since I’ve had any. I must say, I picked a true winner! These nachos were delicious! There was so much to enjoy like the chicken, avocado, jalapeños, tomatoes, corn tortillas chips,etc. My waiter was extremely prompt with taking my order and the food was well presented (see photo). I plan to get the mango salad for dinner. It too looks great.

I was very eager to go to this restaurant which is an part of Hilton hotel but unfortunately the restaurant was not open for public but only hotel guests due to Covid situation. Nevertheless the location was bomb so I’m sure the food and service must be great.

Zero stars. Restaurant appearance is nowhere close to the photos on its site. We were shocked it’s adjacent to a Hilton – one would expect much more from that brand. Run down exterior and interior. Dirty floors, water dripping from the ceiling inside. A bug crawled up the leg of someone in our party as we waited (a long wait even with very few patrons) for our server to return to take our order. The bug was the tipping point – we left without ordering or eating. Very disappointing. Save your time, avoid this filthy place & head elsewhere.
