This place was very busy at lunch time. There were three workers. This made things move fast. Plenty of seating, and an unusual little alcove where the soda machine and coolers are. It’s in a shopping center, so parking is abundant. Like two other Subways I’ve been in recently, this one also has a broken high chair strap…unsafe for my little one.

honestly I love subway and have ordered in person/online/delivery from this location for a few years now. however, in recent months most of my experiences with this location have been terrible in regards to service.
recently got food in person.. worker building an online order… looks up.. no hello, no I’ll be right with you, and then I catch her give an eye roll. I had another worker ring me up, and when I paid there was no thank you or have a nice day, the worker just walked away to the back.
female manager and workers have attitude problems, are catty, and judgmental. sandwiches are bomb.. but I can get that at any subway, so I’ll be skipping out on this location.

I usually go here without problem. But recently the staff has been sucking. The girl I had today was obviously distracted and seemed very hostile. She made multiple mistakes while making my sandwich that I had to keep correcting (in between her gapping with the other worker). I ordered a veggie patty, only to realize after I left the store that there was no patty on it. I had to go back in, wait in line for about 10 minutes, only for her to tell me that’s not what I had ordered. My boyfriend even said that’s exactly what I ordered. She heated and put the patties on, but then charged me an additional $4.75 after I already paid $4.99 for my sandwich. She kept reassuring me that’s the right price, but I know it’s not, since I get that sandwich all the time and I also had $2 in points. I have 6 years management under my belt, and If I was that worker, I would have took me before any other customer in line, fixed my mistake FOR FREE, and apologized. I got nothing but attitude. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I went there on super bowl Sunday and was a new there and they both answer my question and very pleasant an genuine. I never do review but hope this goes to both of them there boss for outstanding service. Also I left my wallet there in hurry because of super bowl. I called an hour later an she said they had it and everything was thlere. I am going to be a frequently flyer now.. So please have this go to manger of them an there very good help hard to find 02/13/2022

Ordered a sub, took my money, & when I showed up they said “it was cancelled” and “nothing showed up on they’re end”. I showed them the charge from my bank & instead of just giving me what I ordered they told me to call my bank… great customer service!

Food is usually not that good. I have gone to this Subway location maybe 5-10 times in my life, and it is far from clean, and the staff is usually rude. Though on some occasions the staff is nice. The vegetables, dressings, and bread are usually good, while the meat is mediocre. I once found mold on the roast beef, I opted for another meat and I personally have not returned to the store, and I don’t have plans either.
