Such a random find! The quality of the food is excellent and they serve generous portions too! I got the fettuccine with pesto and peas and added some grilled chicken!

Amazing Ceasar Salad. Food came out so quickly but was all excellent. They even rearranged the deck seats for us and Princess Leia the Westie Chiro chocolate sauce are next.

Quaint setting, great service, and good food. Sounds like 4 stars to me, and considering it’s location, it’s well deserved.
I can’t imagine there are any better dining options in that small town.
Place is easy to find and there’s ample parking. Was told when ordering that they only served New York steak on Friday and Saturday and that it usually sells out, so that’s what I ordered. The steak was good and the side of mashed potatoes was gargantuan. My wife had the duck and she raved about it. Drinks were really good too. Try this place out, it’s worth it

What a lovely find! We were traveling and thought the name sounded interesting. The dining room was cozy and clean. Menus showed a short list which I like to see. Restaurants with pages and pages usually put out average food – too many items to prepare well. We ordered small salads which were actually large. Delicious. I had the tomato bisque and my husband had the burger. Both were excellent. The soup had a spicy flavor that I wasn’t expecting, but enjoyed. The burger was very good, as well.

Stopped in for a late lunch with my Auntie and we loved it! Very comfortable atmosphere, clean and nicely decorated, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Auntie had the fettuccine and I got the hand pressed Angus burger but our fave was the appetizer. Those brussel sprouts were the yummiest things! I’m a Gorge local, so I’ll definitely be back.

Took a scenic route and ended up finding this great little place for a family lunch. One daughter claimed the mac and cheese was the best she has ever had! In total, it was an unexpected great meal with equally excellent service.

Wow! What an unexpected pleasant surprise. Wonderful little restaurant w a great, fresh, modern, sophisticated yet unpretentious menu w nice wine and beer list as well. Came over from Yakima and likely better than any restaurant there and on par w good restaurants at large metropolis. We’ll be back!

We headed out to the Glass Onion for a nice lunch with friends. After a lovely drive up the Gorge, we landed in the tiny town of Goldendale. The new owners have refreshed the decor and the menu in this lovely small establishment. Service was excellent, and the food rivals some of our favorites in Portland. Definitely try the cauliflower appetizer (light tempura with an interesting sweet/sour sauce), and the Baja style fish tacos. Excellent!

Everything I have had is wonderful, it’s a wonderful little art gallery and restaurant all in one, but the only two problems are, once you have something one time, it most likely will not be there the next time, they always change the menu every three or four weeks maybe more, and they are just a little pricey. All food is home grown, and organic, it’s the perfect place to go if you want to a touch of class to your day and your lunch!!!
