I had a Saturday delivery at 0600. Was empty with BOLS in hand at 0835. Professional & courteous employees.
Overnight parking is available.
Port-A-John is on sight.
Frozen products go the North Receiving Freezer. If delivering on Saturday, don’t even bother going to the North Rcv Freezer as (NO one is there). Instead, check in at the office located on the North side of Main Warehouse. Refer to the attached picture.

Wish we could have seen the cows!! And they won’t let you take pictures inside the buildings.
We got to see the factory lines. How the milk, bread products, ice cream, waffle cones, pasteries are made/packaged. Everyone in our tour group got an ice cream sandwich and a cookie at the end. Overall a fun, free family activity.

I took my homeschoolers to the tour. It was a very good tour. Your food at Braums is very fresh! We liked the cow van they take you around the farm in. The moooo is funny!

A great free tour for all ages! Very informative and still fun for kids. The tour is short enough that the kids won’t lose interest and the cow bus is so fun for them. The property itself is beautiful with lots of bright birds and other wildlife.

Family fun day out adventure. Would have given it five stars, but do to lack of handicap accessibility. The tour was educational and entertaining. It was nice as the workers always waved and smiled. It seems they enjoyed their jobs, as well as two of the workers engaged us with their nonverbal movements to show us their cool moments at work. Free ice cream and cookies at the end of the tour. It would be nice if various things were added. 1. Tour became handicap accessible. 2. Variety of cookie choices for those who can’t eat chocolate. 3. See the production from start to finish. Maybe some hands on activities with supervision of course. But it is free so can’t ask for much.

It’s a limited tour. We got to see the bakery (buns and cookies) and the creamery (milk and ice cream). It was pretty neat, but no cows were seen. At the end of the tour they take your picture (you aren’t allowed to take pictures while on the tour), they give you an ice cream, and print off your pictures and give you a cookie for each to take home. The tour bus is not stroller friendly.

The store no college in Fayetteville,Ar is dirty!
I didn’t make a picture this year but was in the store about 1:30 pm! Two years ago I was in this same store and it was worse than dirty and I made a picture of that! Just don’t understand how people can stand to work in a mess that bad and how a customer can stand it! I do remember when it was a joy to go to braum’s with my family and friends!!!! July 4, 2024

50 in a bottle
We enjoyed the tour and found it interesting. I’m much more likely to purchase my dairy items from braums after the tour. I was impressed. Tour guide was not very personable though. Seemed to just want to get it over with. Still glad we took the tour.
