Placed an order tonight. They called to say they were out of pasta, then called back to say they found some. Odd, but things happen. An hour later, the order is finally marked as out for delivery. I assume the driver was hungry since apparently he just took it home instead of delivering to us. Guess I have to call tomorrow and get a refund. Fastest speed run of “never ordering from here again” I’ve ever experienced.
UPDATE: I called and was told the kitchen cancelled my ticket without cancelling the order. Due to this, I was promised a refund, and was hoping I could come back here with a good update. Unfortunately, it’s now week later and the online order still shows it’s out for delivery and no refund has been issued. Every time I call the manager “isn’t in” no matter the time of day. Seems like this particular franchise location has some serious issues, which is sad, because I love the food.

This Pizza Hut is the most incompetent place to ever order from or expect that anything will ever be right when you get it. I ordered a pizza an hour goes by it’s supposedly out for delivery. I call to check on it and told yes sir the door dasher just got the order. Then 35 more mins go by to call again to find out that they are not going to be able to deliver till past 5. What a joke! However ordered Marcos pizza not only was it cheaper and was delivered for cheaper it was hot and earlier than expected so I highly recommend DO NOT order from this Pizza Hut and order from MARCOs instead!!!

This place WAS awesome. It sucks they were closed down at the beginning of this month (January 2025) by the new franchise owners. My town has 2 other pizza places but they both suck in my opinion.

Robyn was very polite. She took my order & cashed me out quickly. While I waited in the lobby for my order, I was pleased to see her working her area while training a new driver w/ great tips, thorough instructions & patience. She’s a treasure. Customer service has definitely improved.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:40 pm, waited the estimated wait time. Said wait time passes, I call literally 6 times and no answer each time. Three hours pass and the tracker says “we’re making your order”. I then had to drive to the store to pick up my order. The guy says they don’t have my order. Then says they accidentally deleted it. My question is what were they going to do with this information ? Not a thing because my order was on the shelf, WITH my receipt right there next to it and ADDRESS so it could’ve easily still be delivered. Terrible service and lukewarm pizza that sat around for hours because no one took the initiative to get the order completed. The worst experience with food delivery. Hands down.

Worst pizza hut I have ever dealt with. First time we order they messed up the order 4 consecutive times because the female answering the phone (DENISE) doesnt care. I figured it was a bad night last time so we order again tonight. Same female answers. Messed up the exact same order. How dense can you be? Driver said it was Denise on the phone again. It’s pretty sad and pathetic how small this town is and you still cant do right. Lol they want $15 a hour? Should get fired. Lost a customer.
