Unfortunately this was so disappointing. I got a slice of Oreo cheesecake and took one bite and had to spit it out it tasted so old and was so dry/texture was almost rotten feeling. It tasted exactly like a thrift store basement smells and I’ve never had anything like that in my life. I don’t know if it was a really old piece they left in the display but I was not edible!

Worst customer service
I ordered a burger, I being charged for a complete different burger , of course my order came wrong. When I questioned about that the attendant said I ordered that, a burger that I don’t like eat
After her preposition saying that I did the wrong ordered that was my mistake she offered to fix the order. The problem was ; I was in my lunch time , I waisted half of my break time just waiting for the order I wasn’t able to wait again for another burger
By the way It’s not about money, I didn’t ask for my money back
I was waiting parked in a giant 10 wheels truck
It’s about respect and costumer service
I waste my break time, and I threw away the burger
The place have good food but this time o experience a bed costumer service
By the way the burger that I got was disgusting
Bread completely softened and wet
As I said the burger went to trash

I stopped to purchase a birthday cake. I was impressed for the verity of food options they offer. It is a cozy place. I will definitely go back even though I live in NH. Parking can be a challenge sometimes.

Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The service is slower and it’s insane because they have so many employees. Got 2 casadinhos and asked why the color was off and was told they were good but it cooked a little too long which yes was true. One bite and u could taste that it was burnt and over cooked. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich and cashew juice which was very watered down and too much sugar. This used to be my go to back in the day but not anymore 🙁

Tried there pastelito/empanada. Pricey, but it was like over double the size i was use to and really good taste so worth the price.
Have to test their other bakeries soon

The fresh orange juice was outstanding
The service was excellent, and even though the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, I felt completely safe inside.

There acai ice cream tastes like alcohol and they kicked me out for no reason and they reported my old Google account and you can’t do that legally for nothing and I paid over 100 dollars on them so one star for everything and it’s for a reason owner and manager
