The Lady who got my food for me was helpful and at least wasn’t rude, but that was about where the good ends….
The food was very depressing; you should expect flattened burritos, soggy “crunchy” tacos, cold cheese, orders that aren’t quite right ect.
THE NACHO FRIES ARE MY FAVORITE ITEM ON THE MENU, AND THEY SERVED ME SOGGY OLD FRIES I almost couldn’t finish it 🙁
I definitely will not be back to this location.

Our service, great, our order was right. Our cheese dips were less than half full, about a fourth of the way. It was $9 for 3 chips and cheese, and combining all 3 cups of cheese , we had enough for ONE bag of the chips. That’s absolutely ridiculous!!

One of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been to (and I go to a LOT of Taco Bells). We came in and ordered the food on the kiosk around 1 pm. There was one other person in the restaurant, and only a couple cars in the drive through. It took us 30 freaking minutes to get one burrito and one crunch wrap supreme. We tried to talk to an employee behind the counter but they were not up front. I saw two employees scrolling on their phones the entire time way in the back. The food was subpar, it was cold and mushy. We again tried to talk to an employee but no one would come to the front. Won’t be stopping at this Taco Bell again, that’s for sure.

Stopped by this Taco Bell for the first time to get a midnight meal. And I must say I was very impressed right away from the cashier Michael H. He was very nice and made sure everything was in the bag before handing it to me, even said thank you a few time and told me to drive safe and have a good night.
I could not wait to get home so I decided to eat one of the soft tacos before driving much more and was very shocked at how the taco looked the same as it does in the menu. Nice and elegant looking. I thought to my safe the Girl with Purple hair (Lexi) got lucky making it looks so good but when I checked the other tacos and food it was all the same.
Sorry I did not take photos, I was super hungry. I promise to next time.

I visited a Taco Bell where they’ve replaced cashiers with touch screen menus, and honestly, I wasn’t a fan. The outdoor seating was nice, but the digital ordering system was clunky and slow, especially when there were others trying to order at the same time.
The food was standard Taco Bell – tacos and burritos were fine, but the nachos left something to be desired. I missed the personal interaction with a cashier, which often helped in making quick decisions or getting recommendations.
While the food was typical, the experience was less enjoyable due to the tech. I’d prefer the traditional ordering method next time.

2 free taco coupons?? Come on it’s a no brainer. In all seriousness I seek out this Taco Bell the people working here have always been beyond kind and the food has never been messed up or missing. I think they should be much hire rated than they currently are. Shout out to the amazing people that are in the drive through!!

30 minute wait while I am among a few in the dining room. Bought 2 5-layer burritos but only 1/4 was warm while the rest was ice cold. No more Taco Bell for me or my coworker who had the same experience today.
