Placed an online order at 6:00 to have it ready at a later time (6:45) so I could just swing by on my way home from work, got an email letting me know it it was ready. I get there at 6:55 and was waiting for about 15 minutes. Was told it hadn’t even been made yet when I asked how much longer it would be. Very upset as I live 25 minutes away. Asked for a refund and was told it would be bout a day. Probs won’t be back to this location.

I went there to get a pizza first of all the people who work there are like type of people who just don’t wanna be there and can’t even talk so 0 customers service, their clothes look like they haven’t washed them in years and the smell is just not letting you stay there for more than 3 minutes but anyways when I ordered the pizza they told me it was gonna take 7 minutes the most but I ended up waiting for 20+ so I just left. So I would definitely recommend going to somewhere else.

We ordered online on a Wednesday and the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes and I received an email saying it will be ready at 7:15. My husband, stopped to pick it up at 7:15 and waited for 30 minutes in the drive-up lane 3 cars deep. He finally was able to back out because the car behind him left and he parked to go inside. He picked up our order, and when he got home we discovered one of our pizza boxes was completely empty. Yes, empty. The employee told me “Well I asked him if he wanted to check them and he said it was alright” I informed them again that he had already waited 30 minutes in the drive up and was just trying to get home after work. They then told me “Oh I noticed that pizza was still here right after he left, and I was going to call but just didn’t.” Ummm???? The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager rectified the situation when I drove the empty box back to the store. She said she will provide a refund so we’ll see if that happens… I know they were short staffed this night, so I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after reading some other reviews, it seems lengthy wait times is a common occurrence at this location. I’m not sure where this issue stems from; management, ownership, corporate or otherwise, but it is very frustrating when there are already limited options in Norwalk for restaurants.

Update: originally horrible experience, but we were desperate and tried another order. They must have either hired new staff or be under new management, because the service and food were excellent! We did the drive through window and food was ready fast. Great job turning the business around, we will be back!
Ordered pizza at 6pm, they said 60 minutes. Showed up at 7pm and apparently our pizza was delivered to someone else? Person in charge said “ok fine 50% off” and the other girl working was rude about it. Also gave themselves a $7 tip? And waited another 40 minutes for pizza. Will never go back.

Ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings here for the family two weeks ago. When everything arrived the pizza was not cooked all the way in the middle and looked as if it had just been thrown together as fast as possible. They sent out a new pizza and after I contacted customer service they gave me a code for a free pizza. I figured maybe it was a one time thing so tonight I used the free code made the same order and the same thing happened pizza is nearly raw in the middle. I called and they asked if I’d like it remade. Yes because my 3 kids are hungry and it’s 630pm. So we shall see how it looks in another 35 minutes.

Last night December 2 they were very busy. There is a woman that works there that was amazingly polite, my order was great but while I was waiting because I was early the way she handled every customer was so professional. One of them was very upset, until she came out and spoke to him, made him happy and even joked with him. It’s not the stores fault but I really wish the app was more accurate bevyas everytime we order the times do not match up.

Norwalk, IA location: ordered online today and we got our pizza, bread sticks and pasta within 30 minutes which was great. Cut up some pizza for our two year old and the middle of the pizza was not cooked and it tasted like raw dough. We called and my wife talked to a lady saying she was the manager and would get us another pizza delivered back at the house 30 minutes later…almost and hour passed, tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. Finally got the corporate dispatch or whatever they call it. They even tried to call the store. They could not reach them. They messaged them to call us back… Well no call obviously. Finally got our second pizza after an hour and 45 minutes and the new pizza was also not cooked. Still waiting for a call from the manager…….
