I don’t come to this Wendy’s in Clermont often, but every time I use the drive-thru the experience is consistently good. The staff is polite, efficient, and the food actually tastes fresh like it was just made, not overheated like at some other locations. I’m reading People complaining a lot about this location , but honestly, they probably haven’t dealt with places like the Orlando or Miami locations.

Today I decided to eat inside because of how good my past experiences have been. The dining area is very clean, the atmosphere is nice and the quality is still solid. I’m eating a chicken sandwich right now and it tastes great. This location does a genuinely good job and deserves the credit

Seriously, go anywhere else. They have the AI ordering system and the staff won’t bother to read and specific requests like no ice in your drink. The potato wedges were stale and the sandwich was pathetic. Staff was rude to me when I wanted my receipt. I added a picture of my sad breakfast sandwich with a tiny dab of the sauce. I won’t be back.

Thank you Margret!!!!

I have been to this store multiple times and general dread going. However tonight we went inside and were immediately greeted by Margret and she was more than willing to take our order at the counter. Which in its own is rare anymore as everyone wants to hide and send you to self order. She was very attentive and kind to both my children doing everything she could to make their experience pleasant. On top of Margret’s kindness the rest of the staff was pleasant and cheerful. We will be returning and making sure to go inside to dine in the future.

We decided we would done in quickly as we were traveling. Instead of using a register at the front counter our order taker used the drive through register, so I had to yell our order from the front counter to the drive through. Not a pleasant experience. Food was prepared quickly and correctly.

Overnight crew is great! Was my first time picking up an order for Uber and the app told me to pull up to the window. I wish I had asked her name, but the lady that helped me at the window was amazing. She politely informed me that in the future I needed to stop at the order speaker first. She also took the time to explain why so I can better understand their process. Food was instantly out and I was on my way with a smile. Keep up the great work and give that night crew a raise!

Don’t understand how a website can say that the store is open at 6, but when you go to the store, apparently “three months ago” is when they changed the hours to 6:30… You would think since everything is online and so technical that that would be changed, lol, and the attitude you get when asking simple questions like that also really adds on to the atmosphere of this specific Wendy’s …. Don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this place to be honest. Simple changes like hours should be made on the website so your associates don’t have to give attitude at 6 in the morning when people are just trying to get something today before work lol but sure. I’m also never the type to write a review but something’s gotta change at this location.

Worst Wendy’s experience ever…
No beef patties. Chicken only
No coke products except for Sprite
No frosties
Manager was so flustered and frustrated he forgot that I had paid already and how much change was due
Got parked for 10 mins while the chicken cooked. Only for them to give me the completely wrong food and soda

I was so hungry and tired, and sympathetic to there cause I didn’t complain. I won’t be back tho

I don’t usually have many complaints but tonight was terrible. We went inside and figured since they were a little busy we would have to wait a minute but would have hot food. We’ll that’s not what happened. Waited 46 minutes!!! Then our burger and chicken sandwich were COLD. Not kind of warm. COLD. The manager was clearly frustrated as the workers didnt seem to know what they were doing! Very frustrated!

I ordered a fish sandwich, had to pull up to the stop sign and wait, only to get a sandwich that is fried way too hard…. I would think twice about visiting this location again… it’s like they re-fried an already fried fish, and I don’t have the time to take it back since I already had to wait… this sandwich was not free I paid real money only to have my feeling hurt by this hard horrible Stucco crusted monstrosity they call a crispy panko fish sandwich

There’s always a long line and waiting times are crazy. Then you have the AI auto ordering system, the orders are messed up as it’s hard to make requests on the ordering and the staff doesn’t check up on receipts. Terrible service they need to hire more staff and be responsible with the hours the store opens and closes.
