Food is fantastic! Haven’t had wings this good in a long time. Tried the chicken bacon ranch Sicilian and was not disappointed. Garlic knots were soft and fresh. Hard working and friendly family business. Cozy adjacent bar with decent selection and good pours. Off the beaten path but definitely worth the stop.

Love the entire experience here!! Right on Worcester golf course, beautiful views! Great, and friendly staff!! They had the BEST French onion soup!! We also loved the broccoli cheddar soup!! Grandmas pizza is our favorite and this was one of the best we ever had…. Also got a personal sweet chili pizza and it was amazing. 10 out of 10 will be back again soon!!

Wow I finally found the best pizza around. I had originally loved the Sweet Chili Chicken Bacon pizza at Giusseppe’s in Cedars when it opened, but lately it just hadn’t seemed as good as it used to be. Still on the hunt for my go-to take-out pizza joint, I decided to investigate Mario’s, which had posted some yard signs on nearby cross streets. They had sweet chili chicken bacon pizza on the menu so I gave it a whirl. The place is in a room adjacent to the clubhouse bar at Worcester Golf Course, and looks a little odd, without much ambiance. But the pizza was fantastic! Just like the one I remember that I used to love from Giusseppe’s! It turns out there’s a very good reason for that. The young man in the front of house at the cashier told me that the man who makes the pizza (his father) was the one who used to make the pizzas at Giusseppe’s! He and his dad apparently left Giusseppe’s a couple years ago when it fell under new management (which I was not aware of). Good to have my favorite local pizza back!

This place is a gem! It is a little bit off the beaten path, but totally worth it. My family and I went here recently and were absolutely wowed by the food and friendliness of the staff. We ordered the following:
– 6 Mild garlic wings
– 6 BBQ wings
– Penne alla Rosa
– kid’s spaghetti
– Mario’s signature pasta (Pasta with chicken, brocolli, shrimp in an alfredo-like sauce)
-Cheese Fries
Everything was extremely tasty and fresh. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the wing sauces were absolutely top notch. Best of all, the portions were ample and the prices were extremely reasonable. Finally, the family that owns and runs this restaurant were extremely personable and friendly. Overall, just a great, wholesome place for dinner.Do yourself a favor and check them out. I will definitely be back.

We are on a hunt for the best local pizzeria. The family headed by Mario in the back and Jeffrey in the front of house are attentive and kind. The pizza was very good. We had a meat lovers pizza and a Sicilian cheese pizza. The Sicilian pizzas crust was excellent. All in all we would definitely go back and/or order takeout. Thank you for a great Saturday night out.

Matt our Bartender was awesome. A larger selection of Wines would be appreciated. My Perfect Crown Royal Manhattan was spot on. You do have to go the the Worcester Golf Club Bar is two steps away. Our server Jeffery was polite , friendly and, answered our questions. The menu is vast with a lot of choices. Check their Website Menu. Our Salads were full and fresh. Our meals were super delicious and we have let overs for tomorrow. Mario came over to or table to check in. We had a wonderful chat . You don’t play Golf … No worries come have a wonderful dining experience!!! Thank you

This was a very odd experience getting pizza place from a golf course restaurant. First thing that stood out to me was the outside and inside of the premise was very unkept. So if that’s how the facilities are treated, it makes me worry about the food. When you figure out where to go to pick up the pizza, their idea of a checkout is a folding table with a sign. The plain circle pizza was good. It did not beat our favorites. It was a little dry. A little overpriced for a plain cheese given the facility itself to.

Mario’s is an unexpected hidden gem of a restaurant located at the Worcester Golf Course. The pizza is the absolutely the BEST around…there is no other place that’s even close, and I’m very critical of pizza. The Italian dishes are equally delicious and the portions are generous. Stop in or order a pie to go…you won’t be disappointed but rather delighted…so delighted that you’ll be motivated to spread the word to everyone you know and write a review. The owner, Mario, and his kids really care about the customers and it shows by their friendly attitudes and care to get everything right. 5 out of 5 stars for a throwback place that is a home run every time!!! Thank you Mario’s!!!

I took myself on a solo date yesterday looking for the best pizza spot in the area. The pizza and the buffalo chicken salad were EXCELLENT. Most importantly, the customer service was IMPECCABLE! They got this new customer for LIFE and I will be back!
