Unfortunately, I got a chunky smoothie and it’s pretty unbearable. Staff was friendly but when you dont blend a smoothie all the way its pretty nasty. If I wanted to chew pinapple I would just eat fresh pinapple. Very disappointed

Food was good. The server behind the counter insisted that she could not put our phone number in at the time of checking out. We have traveled across this country to many tropical smoothes and this is the ONLY ONE that apparently could not or have the capacity nor capability to type in our phone number to get the points. We are.not able to log into the app to transfer the points that way. Said this to the girl at the register. Still insisted we go to the app and do it that way. Asked what name to put on the order. Said it pretty clear. She still didn’t listen to that and typed in a name that WAS NOT what I said. My request is that if you don’t know something about your job make sure you find someone who does. Side note. Someone who I’m guessing was the manager was pulling ceiling tiles off the ceiling over customers as they ate while dust and dirt dropped to the ground. Not good…not good at all.

I come in almost everyday, just checked and last month, I spent more than $200 just at this location alone. I decided to try something new today and got the Peanut Butter Crunch bowl, it was absolutely disgusting. I should have stuck with what I know, after a few bites I tried returning or getting a credit towards something else, whichever was more convenient for them. That’s when I was told that there’s no refunds or credits allowed. I already know I’m paying for over priced food, so I think you should at least help someone out if they don’t like what they’ve ordered. I blame the greedy owner of this establishment. I will not be returning to give you any more of my money. As far as my refund, I was trying to give you an opportunity to keep a happy customer. But I’ll just dispute the charges on my card and get the refund that way.

We love this location. The employees are friendly and consistent and they really seem to care about the quality of food. They are courteous and this is the best tropical smoothie we have ever been to.

Gave 3 stars because this is our closest tropical smoothie & usually the food/smoothies taste great and never an issue with service BUT tonight (Sunday Dec 20) the service was rude to us because the taste of one of our smoothies didn’t taste good and we kindly asked them to remake it or refund. Also, both smoothies were pouring over the top everywhere and were super messy to handle. The sandwiches weren’t up to par compared to when we ordered the same things from the other Midland tropical smoothie. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed with to go orders & walk ins.. may need some extra training! It’s the small things that make a business a good one.. just something to think about!

We came on the free smoothie day to get a free strawberry margarita. On the terms for the offer, it does not specifically state that you need flip flops. So, I assumed it was more of a gag and not very serious. The person in front of us in line admitted to not wearing flip flops, and the manager (sitting nearby) called over to say it was okay and they got their free smoothie. When we went, we admitted that we didn’t think we actually needed flip flops, since it says you don’t need any in the terms. Manager said nothing. Seems a little unprofessional to cherry pick. I was embarrassed so we left and didn’t bother stating that he let the woman before us do it. Really bad service in my opinion and makes me very hesitant to even try anything there.
