This is a really nice spot, especially if you’re into cozy, classic vibes. I really like the ambiance, bisag medyo old na yung place, it actually adds character and makes it feel more warm and intimate.

The food is lami, and service is fast, which I appreciate. They also offer wine, so it’s good for date nights or chill dinners. This was actually my first time trying steak here, and it didn’t disappoint – beef steak ra gyd intawn sa carenderia akong ma afford sauna. Ahah The meat was good and the flavors were on point.

Prices are reasonable for a steakhouse, not too overpriced, so sulit for the experience. Overall, it’s a solid place if you want good food, nice ambiance, and a relaxed, old-school steakhouse feel. Perfect for casual dinners or special occasions.

If you love your meat, this is the place to be!

Ambiance: Old American Steakhouse vibes.

Food: Still the best steakhouse in Cebu City for me. With all great steak options ranging from affordable to mid range. All the foods that we ordered were super tasteful.

Drinks: There’s a lot of cocktail and wine options.

Staff: All were friendly and accommodating.

Location: Easily accessible with ample parking space.

Been to this restaurant twice. The first time, many of the items on the menu were ‘unavailable’. The food I was finally able to order (Lapu-Lapu sweet and sour) was ok, but the service was absolutely terrible. Besides many other mishaps, they completely forgot to serve the wine I had ordered, I needed to remind them twice!
The second time, the service was a bit better, not great, but the food that I had ordered (same dish as the first time) was nothing like before, just bad.
No consistency of quality, substandard service and still a menu with many of the items ‘unavailable’! I think they use the same menu of the previous ‘St. Moritz’ and just taped over it. Pretty cheap!
This restaurant has nothing in common with Swiss standards. An insult to use the name ‘Luzern Steakhouse’, probably a stolen trademark.
If you like it, be happy. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anybody!

I love everything about this restaurant. The ambiance, the food. Always my go to steak place. They serve you with a complimentary bread and butter. I forgot to take a picture of the complimentary bread and my affogato. But it was delicious.

Luzern dinner: Classics done well

Luzern, if my orders represent the restaurant well, is a place where you go to eat the classic recipes done right. They are safe, and sometimes, that’s exactly what I want.

The gambas and the affogatto were the star of the show.

The Gambas: faithful to a simple recipe of salt, sauteed minced garlic, a hint of sweetness, and very plump, deveined shrimps.

Affogatto: a balance of excitement and chill. A nice way to end the meal.

The steak, I was served 2 halves of a tenderloin. One perfectly medium rare and the other one almost well done… The inconsistency was not to my liking but the medium rare one tasted great. The veg were kind of sad… But steamed well anyway.

Dined here last Valentine’s Day. We reserved a table at 9 PM, so we were seated right away, which we appreciated.

We understood that it was peak season and that there were many customers to attend to. However, it took around 15 minutes before a staff member approached us to take our order. We had to call their attention multiple times.

They also forgot to serve the complimentary bread, which was not a major concern, but what was disappointing was that the Caesar salad we ordered never arrived. We eventually had to cancel it since we were already done eating by the time it still hadn’t been served.

The food itself was great, but unfortunately the overall experience affected our enjoyment.

I hope this aspect of the service can be improved, as it was quite disappointing.

Ordered the USDA Ribeye Medium Rare with a side of fries. They give you an option between salad, fries, garlic / plain rice for the sides. Personally I think plain rice would have been the better choice. The steak in itself was aromatic, juicy, tender and very well seasoned. I truly recommend this dish. A serving of hot bread and butter is included as an appetizer.
They have a promo going now so the price drops down from 2500 to 1799.

Service is amazing. Waitresses are very quick to follow on your order.

The location seems a bit sketchy though, however it’s only a few minutes walk from Ayala Cebu. Parking is also limited. The design seems a bit outdated, but perhaps that is the style they’re going for – a sort of 80s fie dining kind of vibe.

Ordered my steak medium but only half of the steak was medium, the rest was well done making it tough and chewy.
Gambas was good. Just the way I like it. The raspberry iced tea was diluted. Extra gravy costs too by the way. Overall service was good. Cash and card payments accepted.

Poor steaks. WAY OVERPRICED. Not USDA Prime as advertised. Ribeye was poor quality for $40 – terrible steak, horrible value. 25% hard fat and gristle besides poor quality. Over-salted.. Walls dirty. Service poor. Couldn’t even provide adequate attention. Not for foodies.

We were celebrating our anniversary and chose to ordered the Ribeye steak and Aioli Pasta. The food was great! We enjoyed our plated steak and stay in the steakhouse. I felt the rustic suburbs vibes with the incandescent light fixture and overall atmosphere. It was a wonderful night. Friendly, and kind staff as well.

Furthermore, call for reservation of your seat and the only downside was the road to the steakhouse, it was full of potholes. Just be careful.
