The place is great, but the staff is horrible, rude, and racist. Yesterday, a short, thin, dark-skinned woman wearing a mask was rude and racist. She wouldn’t serve me. I spoke to her, but she pretended not to hear me. I tried to speak up, but she ignored me and stood in front of me. She also ignored me when I asked for the bathroom! I don’t think people like her should be serving customers if they’re racist. This happened to me; it can happen to anyone!

From the outside this location looks fantastic and on the initial walkin the same as can be seen by my storefront picture. That said I ACTUALLY THREW MY SANDWICH IN THE TRASH. As I was standing there I noticed all the tables were dirty as was much of the restaurant but the final for me was the tea machines as you can see in the photo filthy with foam and I don’t known what else. If an establishment can’t Maintain something as simple as beverages I’m scared what else isn’t being maintained. It wasn’t worth a debate with the young man behind the counter. I’m not getting sick before Christmas.

It started out real nice & then the SLOWEST person came out who acted like he didn’t want to work person came out & took over our order. Everything that he did including asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches & ringing us was done with such a painful effort that I almost canceled the order. This Subway is the worst I’ve been to. The employees are rude, they screw up sandwiches, and if you Dash or Uber an order they never include the chips, drink, or cookies you paid for. Just close it and sell the space.

Edit: they still haven’t done anything about the appearance of the place and now they’ve added generic pictures of a bunch of sandwiches and sodas to this listing in irder to push down the bad pics. These photos are for customer reviews, not marketing, and I’m reporting them all.

Doesn’t take coupons. The fact that they have new employees every month says a lot. Food tastes expired and the breads are either hard or not baked to their temperature initially. Overall very disappointed in this location.

While traveling through Tulsa, we stopped for lunch at this location. The restaurant was clean and food choices plentiful. The two men working, Matthew and Perry, provided superb service! They were friendly and smiling while efficiently preparing our protein bowl meal deal which was slightly specialized. We paid for double meat and asked it to be in a separate bowl so we could chop the greens and veggies before mixing with the chicken.. To top it off the wonderful overhead music was Christian based. I hope this location continues operating in this manner for many many years to come. As we all now know too many small businesses were forced to close due to a 3-year cold virus.
