They can’t properly make a sandwich according to the instructions calling customer service about getting the refund for them, not making it right. They give you a runaround, they tell you they’ll send you an email about your refund in 3 to 4 hours. You don’t get an email, you call them back. They say it could be up to 72 hours. The place is starting to seem like a scam job. I wouldn’t recommend shopping from them. I didn’t get double the chicken salad that I ordered. They threw lettuce on there which I can’t eat. They didn’t include the peppers. I highly recommend everybody having problems with Wawa Customer service to file an FTC complaint. If we all get together, maybe we’ll get this taken care of on it being a constant problem.

I come here most mornings, have been for a few years. Sometimes multiple times a day. When this location first opened it was wonderful. Food was quick, hot, and consistently made correctly. I don’t know what’s changed recently, but almost every single time I’ve come in the last 4 months, my food order has been cold, and 9/10 times completely different than what was ordered. How do you forget/omit the main protein choice on a sandwich when that’s how it’s categorized in the kiosk? Like instead of just “burrito” for example, it is listed as “bacon burrito” or “ham burrito” in the system. So how did we miss that? And the new staff that works in the kitchen is not only rude, but the quality and accuracy of orders is different EVERY TIME. The BIGGEST complaint I have is that they are CONSISTENTLY out of stock of MAIN items. How are you out of scrambled eggs EVERY morning, usually before 9am? Breakfast allegedly ends at 11am. There’s usually very little choices for hot coffee, all of which are bitter and full of grounds, and forget ordering a custom drink because it’s different every time even if ordered the exact same way. (IF your preferred option is even IN STOCK, which is rare.) I don’t know who is responsible for ordering stock but they need some serious guidance. I honestly assume it’s more of a “well if we’re out, oh well” type of sentiment. I’ve worked in the industry, I understand you are gonna 86 items every so often. But CONSISTENTLY running out of the same items exposes a pattern, so you’d say “HMM, maybe I should increase the par amount for this item since we run out 2 hours before service ends EVERY. DAY. “
In the past, even with the minuscule issues, everyone was friendly and communicative. Now it’s just plain awful. Saying “thank you so much, have a good day” when I pick up my order is met with a LITERAL death glare or groaned “yeah”.
Melinda, Anna and (Jodi? Usually works front register) are your SUPERSTARS, and you should take care of them. They are consistently pleasant and helpful. Everyone else needs some redirection.
I HATE to be this person, and it’s taken months of consistently bad experiences for me to feel the need to say something. If I didnt spend astronomical amounts of money here because of convenience and just plain liking the food when it’s done right, I wouldn’t bother.
In summary, as of the last 4-6 months, the only consistent thing at this location is how consistently INCONSISTENT it is. I really hope it can be turned around.

I usually don’t give bad reviews. I hate doing it. But today, 12-22-2025, I ordered food and a coffee and I waited. My coffee was ready so I grabbed it and seen a bag up but no number was announced. So I go to look at the bag and realize that it wasn’t mine. The women directly behind the counter says, “Yes? Is that yours? No it is not.” I reply, “Sorry, I didn’t know!” She said, “Well next time ask!” It wasn’t so much what she said, but it’s how she said it. Other customers were shocked how she handled the situation as well. Then when my food is up, she sits it on the counter with an attitude, and announces my number with an attitude. So with that being said, the holiday season is already stressful for most of us, we don’t need help. However, your employee needs some help getting an attitude adjustment. It was uncalled for. I didn’t nothing to have her speak to me in that manner. I spent an hour in the dmv prior to this, and that was more pleasant.

I absolutely love Our State road 16 Wawa store! The service is literally the best ! I have been going in every single morning before work since they opened. The employees are all so kind and helpful, even the managers are super nice! The food and handmade coffee /Drinks are better than most fast food and coffee shops ie; Starbucks.. if you are nearby, stop by and tell them Asa sent you and enjoy a handcrafted Cold brew

Consistently great food. Sandwiches are made fresh and great every time soup is very good and can’t go wrong with zapps chips. Cigarettes are cheap, gas pumps fast. Great business and employees. wawa App sucks and is super slow but still worth it.
