Gotta admit. I was totally taken back by how fantastic the food was here. Nestled in sleepy little Montgomery, MN is a hidden gem. Taco Terco serves up food that is dripping is flavors and savory goodness. A fun assortment of Mexican and Brazilian with a splash of Caribbean Jerk thrown in. Come here hungry for savory goodness. Stay because Kat, your server, keeps you laughing and anxious to try new things.
This foodie will be back for more. I had 4 different tacos that were distinctly different fusions of spicy and savory. Don’t forget to finish it off with Gooey Cake! Trust the foodie!

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Taco Terco and have never been disappointed!! Chef Daniel’s specials are always ingenious and a delectable experience! The burgers are delicious, the fries seasonings are to die for…but my favorite still has to be the jumbo wings with the house dry rub! You have to stop and try it, and take some sauce home as well!! My favorite local eatery!!

I must say this is Taco Bien on steroids, it was a phenomenal experience from portion sizes to flavor and staff. Definitely worth a try if in the area or if you’re like me a state away. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu from the Terco Fries to the Costillas De Puerco. Keep doing what y’all are doing. I definitely will be stopping by when I’m in Minnesota again.

I met with some friends for lunch and the food was delicious. We ordered birria tacos, a sampling of tacos, a burrito, the rib special with queso mac and cheese. All were fantastic. We finished with the churros and queso semifreddo. They were amazing as well. The legion isn’t the perfect ambiance for a restaurant, but the food is definitely worth it.

I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. The birria grilled cheese came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The chips are also like nothing I’ve tasted in a chip before. Crispy and seasoned, and paired so well with queso, garlic aioli, and verde salsas. She told me they have 7 different salsas so I look forward to my next visit.

Hello! My husband and I go to Taco Terco about once a week AT LEAST. Its hand down the best Mexican resturant we’ve both ever experienced! We’ve also turned on so many of our family and friends to Taco Terco and it’s their favorite spot too! I, along with TONS & TONS of other people really hope you stay around Montgomery! You put so much time, attention and care into everything you put on our plates and it’s been amazing having you in this community!

they definitely deserve the 5.0 stars they have. the birria was by far the best birria i’ve ever had, so were the churros. i tried a bite of my friends burger and for a mexican restraunt that’s also likely as good as it’ll get.

Food and service was excellent. Food came very fast. It is inside the Montgomery Legion so I cannot claim it has great atmosphere, but it was definitely worth the drive. Generous portions and very reasonably priced.

First time down to Taco Terco today for some Sunday football, wasn’t expecting to find a raffle for folks watching the game wearing purple! Had birria egg rolls and the special taco that I can’t stop thinking about as a Gyro-trip (can’t remember the name now) which was absolutely delicious. Also indulged in their churros which is the picture in the review, not only were they small delights but the mushroom was made from chocolate ice cream….I probably should have given it more than one bite. All in all, amazing food in a nice setting with staff that took great care of my brother and I; I’ll be going back again to try more of their menu and am looking forward to catching other specials from Chef Daniel.
