First of all I absolutely love the decor at this restaurant. They have a good selection of food but my favorite was the mixed fajita. It was well seasoned from the meats to the peppers. They have an abundant parking so finding parking is no issue. There is a bar here as well as tv screens if you are into watching sports and stuff. It’s a nice vibe here so go check them out and tell them Toni said to.

Stumbled across this place on a surprise night out with my husband. We live in the area and we’re hoping to find a gem out of this place since it had been such a long time since we genuinely enjoyed our food at a restaurant! This place definitely hit the mark and gave us a great experience. So much so we kept ordering plates just to try them!
We’ve been back 3 times since then and are still so impressed with taste of the food! Had to leave a review to support having a great place to have a dining experience in Sylmar finally!

Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Our entire order was served cold—including the two plain chicken tacos I ordered for my one-year-old. Serving cold food to a baby is unacceptable. I had to ask the server to send everything back.
We also requested coffee refills that took over 30 minutes to arrive. Normally, I’d understand if the restaurant was busy or short-staffed, but there were only two other tables occupied. To make matters worse, the staff looked annoyed and frustrated the entire time. Honestly, I receive better service at a fast-food restaurant.
After checking Google reviews later, I found another review describing almost the exact same experience—so clearly this isn’t a one-time issue. A few dishes were decent, but others looked like microwaved frozen food. And the funniest (or saddest) part? The menu item labeled “PANCAKES” turned out to be just one pancake.
Note to the Owner: I highly encourage you to retrain your staff. Serving cold food—especially to a baby—is not acceptable in any shape or form. Please address these issues immediately.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived for Brunch this weekend and there was no host. We waited a few minutes for someone to evern acknowledge us. Finally we got seated and we still waited another over 5 min before we were even offered water. Total wait time since we arrived, 15 min.
We got chips only because we asked since we saw other tables had chips. The service was horrible!!! To make things worse, it was not even busy. Maybe 4 otger tables in the entire place were taken. Not only did they take forever to take our order but the food was barely warm and not that great. I really wanted to like this place. Maybe once they train their staff better and hire more people they’ll get better.

It was very disappointing to see such a beautiful restaurant with iconic Mexican figures on the menu representing Mexico so poorly managed. When you walk in, you expect to be greeted or acknowledged by a hostess, but there is no hostess at all. There also appeared to be no manager on duty, and the waiters working seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.
It took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After that, even though the restaurant was nearly empty, it took another 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order. There were only 2 waiters working, and due to the lack of proper management and training, the service experience was extremely poor.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning. On top of the service issues, the food did not taste authentic and did not reflect the true flavors of traditional Mexican food.
“Message to management: You have created a beautiful restaurant, and I would truly love to see it succeed with better organization, management, and a dining experience that reflects the authenticity of Mexican cuisine.
