At first, we took out some food we had brought with us, and a staff member informed us that outside food was not allowed. We understood and immediately put it away. After that, we purchased food from the restaurant and prepared to eat there as paying customers.

However, shortly afterward, another staff member came over and asked us to leave, telling us that we were not allowed to eat there. We had already complied with the rules and bought food from the restaurant, yet we were still asked to leave. This was confusing and upsetting.

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that there were other guests present, but only our group was approached and asked to leave. We are Asian, and being singled out in this way made us question whether there was bias involved.

We hope management will review this situation carefully and ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Wish I could give them 0 stars!

We made a reservation online and when we got there, the hostess said it was first come first serve! Why do they give the option to make a reservation then?! So stupid!
After we were seated, ordered first a glass of wine that never came and had to remind the waiter after almost 20-25 min.
Ordered a salad appetizer and after 40 mins NOTHING! Asked the waiter and he said the place was full and that’s why it was taking so long (the place only had a few tables and so many waiters, hard to understand how they considered it “full”). After 1 hour, no salad yet and we had also already ordered the main course, and they sent one of our sides (mashed potatoes) without the appetizer or rest of the food! We kept trying to call one of the waiters, but all of them pretended they did not see us. After 1hour and 15 mins, I had to ask the hostess about our food, since there was no sign of it and all the people that arrived after us had already been served! 1 hour and 45 min later, my salad arrives (can’t say it didn’t taste good). I was hopeful that since it the food was taking so long it would be delicious! When finally after complaining again about it to the waiter, our food came and it was the WORST FOOD I EVER ATE!
Ordered the red whine risotto that arrived with no red wine and no seasoning at all ( you can tell from the picture). Tasted horrible and I only ate a little because I was starving! My husband ordered the steak and it arrived totally burnt!
The waiter apologized and tried to make up for it by giving us a discount, but honestly I had already spent almost 2 hours waiting for horrible food and was already super stressed!

I recommend going outside Mountain Creek and looking for other restaurant options!

Beautiful room. Food was great and a season pass from mountain creek gets you 15% off.

I went for MLK day and they had chicken parm, penne alla vodka, green salad, some sandwiches and wraps and cookies and cream cookies for lunch. It is a bit pricey but you can stay and consume in the lounge as long as you wish. There is a patio with a private bonfire you have access to to make s’more’s and there is a chocolate station. There is also a cash bar if you are looking for alcoholic beverages. I guess this is nice if you don’t want to deal with the crowded public food court.

The place has really upped it’s game over last year. Haven’t tried the tempting appetizers, but lamb and meatloaf entrees were awesome. Good burgers too and the deserts surprisingly terrific. One of better places in the area.

Overpriced for what it is. Tries to be too fancy and ends up being small, everything platters. Please do not waste your money on the veal meatballs. I guess it’s about par for lower end ski lodge food. Good selection of overpriced beer. The poutine was a bright spot, and the truffle fries were good.

Great restaurant! The bartender Nick is the best and most professional bar tender that I have ever had the pleasure of being served by! Highly recommend this if you want a great meal when you’re done on the slopes.

Food is excellent. Chef came out to ask how the food was. Very classy move. Seating for couples could be better. Casual elegant as a dress code isn’t correct since many are coming in off of the slopes.

Came here late night as a night cap and man the staff just blew us away. We had tons of fun laughing and joking alongside the bartender and drinks were made masterfully. It was a great experience to top off a greater experience at Mountain Creek!
