I love the spices used in the shrimp!! Can’t say I’ve had anything like it, but it’s seriously so good. I have been craving sushi for a long time, and I am amazed with the quality, flavor, and varieties available. I got the Alim Special Roll and Alaska, but I am eager to come back and try more! The people working there were very friendly too it is a food truck, which caught me by surprise due to my rushed ordering, haha. Cheers, thank you for your amazing service!!!

We have been here a few times. Tonight we ordered for the family & there was a tall skinny girl with same gages wearing a baseball cap. She was very unfriendly & not welcoming to customers. After we placed our order with another girl we waiting. About 20-25 mins went by I started to think maybe my buzzer was broke. I walked back up & asked about my order. I was asked for my receipt so they could find my order. After a min or two of confusion. The tall girl with the baseball hat & gages came over give me my order & seemed very annoyed. To be helping customers & I gave her the buzzer. She just rolled her eyes & gave me look. I hope the owner knows we can go spend our money somewhere else pay a lot less and get way better service.

Service is horrible & the food was just piled in a bag leaking everywhere. We order chicken egg rolls. Unfortunately we got some thing that tasted like a chicken ranch crispito . Poor customer service when you’re trying to support small business. This will definitely be the last time we visit & we will share our bad experience with everyone.

If I could give 0 star I would. I bought this yesterday at around 6 pm, it is currently 10:15 am. I immediately placed this food in my refrigerator to preserve it for today. To my surprise, the rice is spoiled and I paid $40 for both plates through door dash ! I can’t even express with words how disappointed I am after spending my hard earned money on this food and now I won’t even know what it tastes like. I might well had given you people my money for nothing in return, horrible experience !!!

The meat, veggies, pasta, and rice all Taste the same….used to love the sushi but it’s gone down hill bad. Also DO NOT order the chicken eggrolls they are Mexican! Corn cilantro, chicken cheese and Mexican seasoning in an eggroll wrapper like a taquito, not at all what u want when u expect to bite into a eggroll

We live 45 minutes from here and will most definitely make that drive for their food.
I get the salmon hibachi which is always cooked and seasoned perfectly.
My husband, daughter and grandson love the deep fried rolls.
We have even bought a couple of the catering trays for parties and they were a hit as well!
If you haven’t tried it already, you’re missing out!

This food truck was absolutely amazing. They have a huge menu. Had the spicy tuna roll, lobster roll and steak fried rice and it was incredible. The only thing I would suggest differently would be to provide more soy sauce. There were only 3 packs and this just was not enough. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I have tried a lot of different sushi; from all over. This place tops them all!!! The best sushi we have ever had- from both of our experiences! The cucumber so crispy fresh, the avacado fresh, the wasabi soft, the ginger was actually fresh and not slimy. We shared the paradise roll and a shrimp tempura roll. Sergio got a hibachi shrimp, the vegetables tasted so good and so did the shrimp. We plan to make a stop here whenever we are close by!!
