I’ve been to a LOT of different Dunkin’s.. this is hands down the worst. Not just bad customer service, but it feels they are not trained correctly. My frozen coffee was liquid throughout and not blended. Unable to drink it. Attitude at the window. Will not return.

I used to come to this location all the time but I just cant deal with the attitude of certain employees, I have been cut off and given sub par service when I come through recently. Also the coffee is never consistent, its not mixed when I get it and you can tell the espresso is either old or burnt. Its just not good, you may get a good coffee and good employee 1 or 2 out of 10 times you come here.

Walked into the store to get donuts. I am the ONLY one in the store. Standing there for 3 minutes before the employee getting the donuts says anything to me. At this point I am already using the kiosk to put in my order. I put in my order and pay. My receipt comes up for them to fill it. She continues to stand there. Then starts walking around looking dazed and confused literally doing nothing. I continue to wait. Another 5 minutes go by. I am still the ONLY one in the store. 4 people walk in. 3 of them get service and leave, she even MOVED my ticket to the donut case and proceeded to help them. I am STILL waiting. There is a total of 4 employees in the store. 2 making coffee, 1working the drive thru and then the 1working donuts. Word of advice, unless you want to order donuts for breakfast and get them in time for lunch go somewhere else. If that’s your jam this is your store.

When I go here the service is nice to me I have not experienced anyone rude so far. But I use my points to get hashbrowns and they give cold hashbrowns. They make u only want to come here if you getting a hot sandwich which u will only get if u physically come and watch them make it. They hashbrowns and donuts are not fresh like it should be

i ordered for a mobile order through the drive through. they told me they didn’t have the wrap(chorizo egg) i ordered so they substituted for a different wrap(sausage egg and cheese). everything else i ordered was correct. i get home and bite into my supposed sausage egg and cheese wrap. nope. it was a roasted red pepper chicken one. i still ate it as i was starved. half way through i see something BLACK. it was a BLACK HAIR. i was disappointed and disgusted. this is the worst dunkin in the state of north carolina.i’ve never experienced a nice employee there. anyways i was served something not up to their health code. i had to go through their website to request a refund for my order.

I’ve stopped by this location several times the past few weeks. I always get a single donut. $1.92 is the total cost. I have paid twice using $2 in cash. Both times, I was only given back a dime instead of the correct 12 cents. I think the next time I go in, I will pay $1.90.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Customer service is horrible the lady on the cash register need to be trained better. This was my first time coming here definitely be my last. My sandwich wasn’t hot tater tots was cooked too long!!

Walked in and everyone just stared. NO hello or even welcome. Food burnt, all donuts including munchkins were gooey and mushy. Do not let them give any PREPACKAGED donuts. Overall awful. The wraps are stale. They cook them until they are burnt and crumble apart. The cheese burnt to a crisp. Went 3 days in a row, same issue.

I paid $5 for what was supposed to be an iced latte. Their coffee is always vile and tastes like soap. Super rude if you ask them to remake a coffee. Zero stars if I could. This location turned me off of Dunkin coffee completely for months and when I finally decide to give them a second chance this is what I get. NEVER get food at this location either, their hash browns will be half raw and taste like plastic or the bottom of a freezer.
