KFC really brought back the heat with their new spicy wings! They’ve got just the right amount of spice and a great crunch, and if you have them tossed in the honey BBQ sauce it takes them to another level. They honestly remind me of the wings they used to have years ago—I could easily eat a whole bucket of these.
This location also had a Country Fried Steak meal that came with mashed potatoes, gravy, a biscuit, and coleslaw. The steak had that classic Original Recipe flavor, and while I wish it was a little crispier, it was still a solid meal. From what I’ve heard, it’s only available on Wednesdays and at select locations, so definitely worth checking out if you can find it

Spent nearly 40 dollars on a bucket of chicken that was absolutely horrible. Not sure if it was left out or over cooked..or both, but it didn’t get eaten non the less. We also opted for 2 slaw and 1 mash, but for 2 mash and NO gravy. We called in and they said they would honor replacing it. 4 days later spoke with Manager Marcella I believe, and she would absolutely do nothing about (she did offer half off). Couldn’t believe it. We even had our receipt, but to no avail. No matter what we will not be going back there, and I encourage anyone who’s thinking of spending their hard earned money at this establishment to think twice. Safeway is right down the road as well as mia and pias, and they have great chicken and better customer service.

Went through the drive through, the girl taking my order was polite and very helpful! By the time I got to the window she had my drink and food ready. I believe her name was Olivia, and she was on top of her game. Fast service and good food. One of the best drive through experiences I’ve had in a while

Standard KFC. Unusually long wait time on this particular occasion in the drive through. The Spicy chicken sandwich was AWESOME. The chicken piece in the sandwich was larger than I expected, very hot and very juicy. The spicy sauce was perfect.
The fries are battered and taste good. The individual size was just a very small serving for the price.
The famous bowls were good. I haven’t been to KFC in awhile and the serving seems a little smaller with fewer chicken pieces. But it’s still a tasty treat.
I haven’t tried their Mac n cheese before, but the individual size is TINY and it was not good enough to interest me in ordering again for the price. The mac is pictured to be saucy, but mine definitely wasnt.

I have not been to KF KFC for about 10 years because of the sucky food. Decided to give it another try. More money and lesser portions. The drumsticks look like freaking game hens. They are almost laughable. Their were no customers in there, however it was very noisy because of the employees bickering. I really do not know how they stay in business. They need to close down and put a family restaurant in its place.
And we ordered the 4 apple poppers the lady who did not wait on us gave us a pot pie. What the hell. I could’ve taken the pot pie. But did not want it. Finally the guy who did wait on us did bring us the apple pie poppers. They need to get their act together.

I ordered 4 thighs and a large mashed potatoes and gravy, I received a single order of mashed potatoes and gravy, not the first time. This is a company screw up not door dash problem. Get it together or I will be done with you

Sadly yet another experience of an incorrect order. Last time is was a bucket of original recipe instead of extra crispy. Today it was missing Cole Slaw and no butter or honey for Biscuit. I guess it’s time to find another chicken option. I even saw dine in customers going back to counter for missing items. That should’ve been a red flag. BUYERS BEWARE!!

DO NOT GO, DO NO GO, SHUT THIS STORE DOWN! I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE MULTIPLE TIMES. I LEFT LAST TIME AFTER PAYING WITHOUT GETTING A REFUND OR FOOD BECAUSE THE ESTABLISHMENT DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR NO FOOD AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO PULL AROUND FRONT.

Why. Why Why. Do I keep going back. This place is extremely struggling. Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. Finally got to the window and received my order, WRONG order. Drove around to walk in and waited In line for 20 minutes. The workers shuffle thier feet. Mumble their talk, slide bagged orders across the counter. The entire professionalism is missing from this establishment.

Despite a hair on my last visit, gave this place another try….. received the wrong order. Paid for two sides of Mac and cheese and two sides of mash potatoes and gravy. Got one small Mac and cheese.. smh. This place never fails to disappoint. Why do I keep going back???

Tried this place again, ordered a number 11, got home and was enjoying the macaroni chicken bowl until I found a 10 inch long black hair cooked into one of the chicken pieces, and wrapped around some of the macaroni in the bowl..
Absolutely done with this place….. negative stars.

Did a mobile order – the web page said my food was ready. I went in and when I asked about my order being ready he just said “it’s gonna be a while…”
I said with a confused look, “my phone says my mobile order is ready.” And he responds with, “we have run out of cooked chicken, so it’s gonna be a while… about 20 minutes.”
Not gonna lie, they guy looked like he was in his late teens, frustrated, and a little overwhelmed, but he was NOT friendly or in any way having good customer service skills.
A lady ahead of me in line called in 30 minutes ahead and they didn’t put in her order, so she had to ask her taxi driver to wait 20 minutes while they finished up her food.
The bathroom was also super disgusting, like a truck stop bathroom – it stank, and dirt was on the sink and floors, and it was out of paper towels.
I am sure the food will be fine – it’s KFC and they usually taste the same each time. But the service here needs a lot of help.
