My partner and I came in for our two year anniversary tonight and this restaurant was nothing short of spectacular. First, our server, Megan, was amazing. She was prompt, upbeat, and made us feel very special. Second, the overall service was spectacular. Our water never got below halfway, and when we were ready to cash out, one of those hosts was kind enough to run our card.
Second, the wine. One of their specials is a Gärd Syrah. Syrah is my favorite varietal anyway, and this one was phenomenal. I was surprised we had any left in the bottle to take home with us.
Finally, the food. Oh my god the food. We started off with truffle frites that were a great way to start the meal. Next, we had the stuffed mushrooms, which came in a happy hour size, perfect for an appetizer. For the entrees, my partner had the Skagit chicken and I, the duck special. Both were fantastic with the right pairings of vegetables and choice of reductions.
When Megan found out it was our anniversary she very graciously offered us a dessert and I kid you not it was the best Tiramisu I’ve had in my life.
We will be back, guaranteed.

Wonderful atmosphere! They serve delicious food during happy hours with great drink and tasty deserts! All the staff members are friendly. Its vicinity to the Cascadia Art Museum makes the entire experience more wholesome. This is a bistro I would definitely visit again with my friends!

This was our first time at Epulo, and it was a fantastic experience. They hired a piano player for Valentines Day, which added something special to the atmosphere. Our server, Taylor, did an amazing job, very social and friendly, while keeping the encounters brief, and the service was fast. We had the duck entree and the butternut squash ravioli, both amazing choices… delishish. Ended the evening with the banana bread pudding a la mode…. Heaven. A high end experience at a reasonable price, I will definently be coming back.

Just had one of the best dining experiences tonight at Epulo. The ambiance is perfect, the lighting is not overdone nor is it dim, the decor is modern but cozy, the menu is compact and thoughtfully curated. Our server, Taylor, was amazing. So friendly, helpful, a joy to talk to. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tori, who chatted with us for a few minutes, and really made us feel welcome. Watching the wait staff, it is clear that not only are they incredibly professional, they are also genuinely happy. Whatever Tori and her team are doing, it’s a magical formula and my wife and I had such a lovely evening together. Will most certainly be back. It is our new favorite spot.

The food at Epulo is pretty good but I feel like the price was a few dollars too high. Everything was seasoned well. The atmosphere was nice, except for the bar area with a TV playing sports. The pianist was great and made up for that.

The beautiful patio is a highlight, scented with jasmine and equipped with heaters for cool days and sun sails for the scorching ones. The service is always fast, efficient, and friendly—and the staff is great about giving recommendations on what to try.
The food menu is always fresh and changes with local finds. I especially love the happy hour menu, which offers smaller portions. It’s a perfect way to try new dishes without committing to a full entree.
They have delicious cocktails, along with a great selection of wines and beers. With its fantastic ambiance, amazing food, and excellent service, this place is a winner.

My wife and I got take out from here this evening as we wanted to do a date night in. We ordered a salad and pasta. They were both boxed appropriately. We ordered and pick up was easy, the staff at the front were prompt to help. It was the perfect pick up for a date night. We are excited to eat at the restaurant in person.

The service here is amazing, all the he staff work together to make sure you have everything you want and need all the time. Probably 8 waiters helped us and checked in on us every few minutes. Need more coffee, boom there it was needed butter, boom there it was. They were just fantastic. The food is really great as well and came out fast. A very short walk from Pikes Market, and not quite as busy as those places so you can usually get in. I highly recommend this place

Best Edmonds restaurant for the full experience going out. Fantastic food, classy service, and an amazing menu. Get a reservation because it’s very popular. Epulo is our place for special occasions. UPDATE: Make sure and ask clarifying questions about their portions and specials sometimes a salad — for example — may be surprisingly small while an equally priced pasta dish will be huge.

Patronized Epulo on March 5, 2025 for my mom’s birthday. The ambiance was fantastic; shout out to the pianist, who was great. The pianist even played happy birthday when my mom received her lit-candle complimentary bread pudding (her choice)
I had the clams, my husband had the happy hour short rib tagliatelle, and my mom had the margherita pizza with pepperoni.
The food was absolutely delicious…I taste tested everyone’s dish. In addition, the service was top shelf.
We will absolutely return.
