Five Guys is one of my favorite places for having a juicy and delicious double-bacon cheeseburger. I love their add-ons. The staff is always helpful and friendly no matter which location I visit. Altogether, I enjoy their fresh peanuts and usually take some home. They’re never ending and delightful!

TODAY. I walked into Five Guys at 11:10 in the morning and sat at a table. An employee asked me what I wanted. I said I would wait. She told me I had to buy something to drink or eat, otherwise I couldn’t sit there. I said I was just going to wait. She said if I didn’t buy anything, I would have to leave. Isn’t that strange? I don’t understand why this lady didn’t want me to sit there. Maybe I was going to get something to eat or drink. It’s not like I was going to sit there for hours. Can’t I decide for myself whether I want to eat or drink something? Do I have to immediately buy something just to be allowed to sit? I believe this employee treated me unfairly, and I disapprove of her behavior.

Update 1/8/22: Got Uber eats: big chunks of salt all over the fries. What is wrong with you, people??? I can add more, but I can’t take it out. Management better do something about this already.
Wish these guys put less salt in their fries. Been here 3 times and it’s always am overload of salt. We can always add more if needed, but shaking off the excess is a bit difficult.

Place was clean, people were nice, the fries were great, fresh and crispy like we enjoy. The burger was a tad overcooked, but not burnt, just a bit dry for my taste. We frequently go to five guys and already enjoy their burgers and Cajun fries so I’m comparing the burger to other five guys we’ve been to.
