Me and my sister just purchased donuts from there today, we opened the bag and mine had a gasoline tang to it when i took a bite. Her’s on the other hand was completely covered with gasoline smell causing her to spit it back up immediately. My stomach now hurts after eating this and this location will not answer a phone call. Simply trying to get them to stop selling this batch because you will get sick from eating these

I went into the Dunkin in Holbrook on Franklin Street, needless to say my sister and I were not happy. we went in to order our meal and there were 4 employees doing on line orders . We stood there for 15 min waiting for someone, anyone to acknowledge our presence. Guess what DD No One Did. None of them looked up to even say be right with you. It was between 12 and 12:30. As a valued customers this should NVR had happened .so my sister and I went out and went through the drive through. 5 cars deep and that went faster than standing in line to be waited on. DD I no you can do better. But my question is why was there 4 employees doing on line orders an No one acknowledging us. As a person who works with the public also I no how important it is to make ever valued customer feel in important. Ya NOT HERE !! Great job I won’t be back. You no there is a saying your only as good as your happy customer. My sister and I were definitely not happy!!!!!

I guess it’s the new starbucks!! The entitlement and self righteousness of the staff was astounding. How about get off your soapbox and get peoples orders correct and lose the holier than thou attitude!!

I asked for two frozen coffees medium and they gave me small I said it was medium. the employee just transferred the small cup to the medium cup and did not put the flavor I had asked for. it got really bad. I always buy coffee from this store during the week, but on Sunday I’ll have to buy it elsewhere because they only have teenagers and they are not concerned about ordering it right. I was very dissatisfied.

If you want your coffee made inconsistently good come here. If you want the wrong food order given to you come here. Dunkin’ needs to start a consistency rule and better training for its branded stores. Starbucks is very consistent as well as other coffee shops. I can count on one hand my favorite Dunkin shops and I have 4 fingers.

My daughter comes through periodically, waits here after school and they have always been nice and accommodating. I spend a lot of money here because I usually pick up a second coffee, and of course she has to have a full afternoon BREAKFAST! lol! It’s worth it though. She’s happy, safe, and gets some homework done. Thanks guys.

I shall say I have never been to a more rude Dunkin I’m life. I asked for water and did not receive thall six waters. I went to the Dunkin down street from my residence and they gave my waters for free I walked back into this Dunkin and one very rude worker yelled at me saying I do not own the store and I shall keep it down. I felt endangered and the way he glanced at me made my depression go all the way up therefore I shall give this horror house a .01 rating. I shall be taking my business elseware. I am also making a complaint about the employees because of their working attitude one worker with a luivitton mask yelled at me and made feel endangerd. I am done goodridden to this facility.

I asked for a pumpkin iced coffee, extra extra. They handed it to me dark brown. I asked them to make it lighter and they brought it back almost the exact same shade. Finally i just took it and left, they had NO idea what extra extra is. Also, after driving off, I discovered they’d used milk I stead of cream. Honestly, 2 stars is kind

Love this cozy DD!! Always get my order right ! I pick up my granddaughter at Holbrook High and we always stop in the same time while we wait till it’s time to pick up the other 2 at the John Kennedy elementary school! Different wait staff all the time and all so very nice!! Great place!!
