I don’t live in the area but we have found this place right off the 210 because we were craving for some pho! We travel on the 210 a lot and it’s our favorite pho spot.

We came to eat today and they are under new ownership. Very nice presentation from the last time we were here. Food is always delicious and great customer service so that’s a plus!

New find for us here in Upland! Absolutely loved the pho; they were more than willing to accommodate my low carb friendly mods. The pho broth was tasty and the meat very flavorful. The chicken pad see ew was very tasty and a huge portion. Thai tea was flavorful and a great addition to our meal.

The service was friendly and very quick. The place is inviting and clean. 10/10 would recommend this place for pho!

Came in on a cold rainy day and was instantly greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff all around is super friendly and Kally was outstanding. The food was on point. The Pho was perfect and those egg roll/spring roll appetizers Is a MUST HAVE. Will definitely come back. Thank you Kally for being so amazing

I am thoroughly disappointed with my most recent visit on 12/22/2025. Unfortunately, this experience has permanently lost my business, and I will not be recommending this restaurant to friends or family.

I brought a friend here for his first pho experience and was explaining the differences between various Asian noodle soups—specifically how Vietnamese pho differs from Japanese ramen and Thai noodle dishes. I was discussing cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, noting that pho tends to have a more earthy broth made with spices like star anise, fennel, and cloves, while some Japanese broths can be “richer” due to different preparation methods. Which she assumed I meant “rich” in equality – which is my best guess as I tried to reflect on where I went wrong? What I said and how I may have said it. This was the only thing I can think of, and my friend said I didn’t say ANYTHING racist or offensive.

For those with limited vocabulary:
Richer flavors refer to a deep, intense, and complex taste profile that enhances the overall sensory experience of food.

During this conversation, our waitress approached the table to take our order and said, “Are you going to keep listening to your racist friend or place your order?” I was completely stunned. At no point was anything offensive, derogatory, or racist said. I was discussing cuisine from a place of admiration and genuine interest.

Being accused of racism so aggressively and publicly—without any attempt to understand the context—completely ruined the experience. When I tried to calmly explain myself, the waitress doubled down and even stated that “she can be racist because she is Asian,” which was shocking and deeply inappropriate.

This interaction was unprofessional, confrontational, and unacceptable. Instead of providing hospitality, the staff member made assumptions and escalated a situation that never should have existed.

I hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should be spoken to this way based on assumptions alone. Sadly, this visit ensured that neither I nor my friends will be returning.

Good luck on your business – you lost mine permanently.

These were the “Steamed Dumplings” you get for $11.99. Overpriced and definitely not worth it.

I ordered the filet mignon pho and it is highly recommended. This might be a family run business, the order taker and the server were both friendly.
