We went to Oven Theory Pizza and ordered the ricotta pizza and there was a slight mess up but, the owner of the truck professionalism was outstanding I had and inquiry of the green sauce from the green enchilada pizza by far exceeded my standards, the green enchilada pizza was amazing between the texture of the bread, the creaminess of the salsa, and the overall combination of the ingredients made the pizza a 10/10. I would highly recommend going to the Neep and ordering from the Oven Theory Pizza.

Located at NEEP, it’s always a nice place to go to drink, eat and relax. Now the food truck.. their pizza is sooooo GOOD and the price is decent. 8 slices for $12, $1 for sides (meat and veggie). Their ranch is good too! I was a little worried as the last food truck in the NE was a flop but this guy has got it down! You won’t be disappointed!!

This is absolutely one of the best pizzas in El Paso. My husband and I are big fans of the Enchilada Effect, but we have tried both the Ricotta Fusion and Dill Pickle pies and they were just as delicious. It’s refreshing to get some different recipes and a pizza where it’s a joy to eat down to the last bite of crust. The sauces are well seasoned and perfectly portioned and the combinations of toppings create something new but comfortingly familiar all at the same time. We will absolutely continue to support this food truck. If you value quality, a good price, and a pizza that gives everyone something to love, Oven Theory is a winner!

Best new pizza spot! I love their concept that pizza is a science, and they’ve definitely perfected it. The enchilada effect pizza is a green chicken enchilada inspired pizza and it is delicious! I really loved their pickle pizza, it’s unique but I highly recommend it. There’s also a great selection of toppings and sauces so you can create your own little experimental pizza or go for a classic! Highly recommend

Since opening I’ve had at least 50 pizzas. Honestly fast with making them with artisan crafting with the care taken with each one John has made. He takes the time to make sure he makes it the way i want 10/10 recommend!!!!

Within NEEP Collective, this pizza was spot on. Tried ricotta pizza and then pickle pizza later. Crust on both pie’s was phenomenal! Spicy honey drizzle on ricotta pizza was a nice touch! Can’t say enough about this place! If you’re looking for something a lil different, this is it… John, keep up the great work!
