Very pleasant and clean environment. The food was amazing and service was amazing. The owner comes to the table an has a conversation with you. We had fried goat, conch, and akra. Will definitely come back soon.

I went there to get some red snapper fish steamed and it was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t have no traditional Haitian seasoning on it. It was just nasty. It taste like I could’ve got it anywhere. It was not the delicious Haitian food. I’m used to eating. I’m a pescatarian so all I eat is seafood so I can’t speak about the other food, but I can tell you that fish is not Haitian fish at all. Very disappointed.

Food was edible. Griot was good- rice was stale or overcooked I couldn’t tell. The sauce was tasteless. The pikliz had no vinegar. Plantains were soft.
The place doesn’t offer Mac and cheese or diri which should’ve told me everything I needed to know.

Came out here on vacation. Prior to checking into my hotel, I looked up “best Haitian food near me”. With no surprise, Pikliz Resto was the best rated one. I went there and received great service, friendly people and very patient. The food was amazzinnnnnggg. I would definitely recommend this place. Oh and I got 3 plates too because food was so good. haha

Pikliz Resto is a gem in Fort Lauderdale! The place is clean and welcoming, the staff is super nice, and the food… absolutely amazing! It tastes exactly like the meals my mom and grandma used to cook back home in Haiti. Every bite brings back memories.
If you’re in the area, please do yourself a favor and visit them — nou pap regret sa, manje yo bon anpil! Authentically Haitian and full of love. I’ll definitely be back!
