The hotdog was so burnt and stale, I’m convinced they grabbed it from under the grill and called it good. Terrible and not edible.

I ordered a chili cheese dog, What I got was burnt and inedible. If I had served something like that when I worked in the fast food industry I would have been fired. I’m very disappointed and if I could give no stars to leave this review I would. Ultimately failures like these come down to management for allowing service like this to begin with. I won’t return here

Employees outside smoking, coughing, inside and outside look dirty with cigarettes every where ! My chicken sandwich was ok, tots were bad. I reported this to sonic directly! This location needs a complete redo & reset before it goes out of business. Screens aren’t working. Couldn’t check in on the app. Didn’t even look open when I pulled up. Geez

Kenyata and Chris are doing an amazing job they are the only two car hops and only one cook and hey are rocking out a rush hour perfectly. I have never seen a worker move so quickly and precise kenyata (I hope I’m spelling that right) you are killing it. You keep that place running and smoothly. they deserve a raise let me tell you. Please honor these employees. They are working very hard in extreme heat and still keeping me locked in as my favorite, helpful, fast, and friendly food service. This amount of work dedication deserves a reward and being noticed

Not much to do with the food. I went thru the drive thru parched today. The guy took my order.. and I was a little taken aback by his voice. It sounded EXACTLY like a supervisor I had when I was in the military and passed away in 2017. I lost my train of thought and just asked for my large sprite. I was just kind of “short” I guess. I wasn’t as polite as I could have been. I Pull up to the window and wasn’t charged. I hope they don’t get in trouble for not charging me. But to the tall black guy working in the window.. you have no idea how good it was to hear your voice and I was almost in (happy) tears. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed today. Thank you! And keep it up. Your personality was infectious!

Used the drive thru to grab some quick breakfast on my way in to work. The lady that took my order was VERY pleasant, repeated my order and double checked to see if I need anything else (condiments, french toast) then proceeded to tell me to have a good day! Once I approached the window to get my order, she introduced herself, repeated my order, and asked if I needed any condiments. She had the brightest smile on her face and it just made my day! I get my order and proceed to drive off. Well, I forgot to get my card back after paying. Yes, she forgot to hand it to me but ultimately I am responsible for my card. She came barreling out of the building, card in hand, smile on her face and a huge apology! All this to say THANK YOU MICHELLE! These five stars are for you! I hope you have a great day!!

I’m not typically a complainer, but today has made me one. I pulled into a spot to get some lunch, Pressed the button and waited about 4 minutes before someone answered just to tell me that that particular stall wasn’t working correctly and that I would have to move….. Ok fine. Moved to another one, waited just as long just to be told those were closed and that I would have to go through the drive through instead. If there had been a sign on either one, this would have been perfectly fine. But twice is enough.
