We went there after a lot of walking after checking out the Christmas lights and when we’re all hungry. Definitely not disappointed with the selection, it wasn’t very busy when we got there (about 10 PM’ish) and got an ideal table to sit at. We tried their Paneer Fried Rice, Paneer Noodles (which turned out to be their best dish of the evening, so much so that we did a repeat order of it and smoked it clean), Idly, Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Paneer Dosa (was extremely spicy though), and Paneer Butter Masala with Rumali roti (which was delicious, and the roti was soft and light). Even the owner stepped out and spoke to us to check on the experience and we felt well attended. My only recommendation to them would be to add a couple of spl biryanis to their menu and I am definitely coming back with more friends to this place.

I used to love ala Dallaspuramloo food. From couple of times they’ve lost their way of taste.
Punugulu and noodles is our favorite. They’re spoiling it every time. This time Punugulu was soft NOT CRISPY like it used to. And they missed the dip. Noodles was okayish.
Food is the way to have good mood and we pay to get good taste food. It is totally okay if food isn’t excellent but should be good at least.
Writing the review with the disappointment after couple of times
UPDATE!

Had visited Ala DallasPuramloo this weekend with friends and had a great time enjoying food at the place.
• The Food: Every dish was packed with authentic, bold flavors. The spice levels are spot-on, and the transition from the savory appetizers like chicken 555, loose prawns, Fry Piece Pulav and to the sweet Gulab Jamun was perfectly balanced.
• The Ambiance: The restaurant has a great vibe—clean, welcoming, and comfortable enough for a relaxed dinner with family and friends.
• The Staff: Service was excellent. The team is attentive, friendly, and ensures you have a great experience visiting the place and also happy to suggest you with their authentic special dishes as well.
Verdict: Great food, better people. Definitely worth a visit.

This Indian food truck is a hidden gem! Every dish is packed with authentic flavors and made with love. I tried the ghee karam dosa and vijayawada punugulu, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff is super friendly and quick, even during busy times. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Indian street food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best food trucks in Dallas! The quality and quantity of food they serve for the price is absolutely mind blowing. I would honestly say it’s one of the best food trucks in the entire Dallas.
Their weekly specials are always amazing, and I’ve tried several items from their menu. But the coconut rice with mutton is completely out of this world a must-try for anyone visiting.
The taste is incredible, the portions are very generous, and everything is always fresh and flavorful. Even the ambiance around the truck is great and very well maintained.
If you’re in Dallas and love good food, this place is definitely a must try!

We went there on a Saturday evening for snacks/tiffins. We ordered veg Manchuria, Punugulu and Dosa. Everything was to our liking. Chutneys tasted good. Dosa was crisp but not too crisp just like what we ordered and punugulu were crisp as well with out much oil. Sauce on Manchuria was perfect amount without causing aversion.

Awesome food and great hangout spot!
We recently discovered Ala Dallaspuram and it’s hands down one of the best Indian food trucks in Dallas! The food is absolutely delicious — super flavorful and feels like real, home-style Indian street food. You can tell they put a lot of love into what they cook. Everything we tried was amazing (especially the [insert favorite dish if you have one]!).
What really surprised us was how spacious and inviting the place is. Most food trucks don’t have much room, but Ala Dallaspuram has a big open area with plenty of seating. It’s perfect if you’re planning a kid’s birthday party, or just want to hang out with friends and family. Great vibes, lots of space, and super kid-friendly.
The staff was friendly and made us feel really welcome. Overall, it’s a great spot for tasty food and a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Definitely coming back soon — and bringing more friends next time!

Such a great food truck find! We tried a bunch of items and honestly, everything was so good. The samosa chaat had the perfect crunch and tang, and the ghee karam idly was super soft, rich, and full of flavor.
Chicken 65 is kid friendly and chicken bang bang tastes crispy and flavourful.Mixed non-veg fried rice was loaded and super satisfying.
Good portions, quick service, and really tasty food—definitely coming back for more!

Trucks are known to serve fresh and hot food. Have been to 3-4 food trucks and this is the worst one. Others were a 4 rating for me. Ordered ghee idly, masala dosa, punugulu, paneer curry with rumali roti. Punugulu was average and tastes ok. Idly was warmed and a hard layer is formed at the top. Dosa is not good (cooked in re-used oil) which left a bad smell. Paneer had rubber texture, curry was very little for the price. Not even sufficient for one person. Conveyed the same to the owners and they mentioned they will keep in mind next time which is of no use for us as we are not going again. Don’t fall for social media influencers paid promotions like me.

We have been here twice. We tried Chicken fried rice, Manchurian fried rice and Gobi bytes. Both the fried rice were too good, tasted like the indian street style food. Taste of Gobi bytes was good but they were a little raw on the inside. The vibe and lighting was good but we could’nt stay there longer due to mosquitoes.
3rd visit : We tried egg+manch noodles here. Its literally the best in Dallas ⭐️ .
