Horrible experience. Ordered pizza at 3:15 for a 4:45 delivery. Called at 4:15 to verify because none of the link were working and order didn’t show up on app but I was charged on my account. Was told everything was good to go. 15 mins after expected delivery time about 5pm, I called and DANIEL said my pizza was on the way with a DoorDash with other deliveries (annoyed because I didn’t order through a 3rd company and why are they doing multiple deliveries), but he’s NOT sure when but could be able 20 mins. I was not happy with that as by then the pizza is already 40 mins past due if it was to show to by then and it was a maybe at best. I had already been waiting 10 mins for that answer so I asked for a manager after another 15 mins on hold Karen gets on the phone to say my pizza was never made. So Daniel LIED about the whereabouts of an order that was never made and expected me to just wait by the door for something that was never going to come. I understand Halloween is busy but if you are swamped and can’t handle orders, stop taking them especially PRE-orders. Then to finish it off they never canceled the order with DoorDash and they called and texted me multiple times telling me to cancel the order that I didn’t even place or have access to because Marcos did it and two dashers tried to pick up order that was never made hours later and emails all with incorrect times way later in the day. Absolutely unacceptable and still waiting to get my money back.

Marcos idea of “make it right” is sending another apology via email that’s little more than a canned response. They don’t care about your satisfaction. It’s all lip service.
Friday night, 31-OCT, my wife and I hosted a Halloween party. The party was to start at 7pm. At 5:50pm, we placed an order for 4x large pizzas, 2x cheesy breads, 2 sodas, and 1 small pizza. After the order was placed we received a delivery estimate of 7:05pm.
At 7:20pm we had no pizzas but many hungry guests. So my wife called to get an update. She sat on hold for 10min before she hung up.
At 7:30pm we get a text stating the pizza was on its way and it would arrive at 7:45pm.
7:45pm, we get a notification from Marcos stating our pizza had been delivered – completely false. No pizza. No delivery person in sight. We called. No answer yet again.
At 8:00pm, the delivery driver texts us directly stating the last pizza is coming out of the oven and he will be on his way shortly.
At 8:25pm the delivery driver finally shows up.
The pizza was 1.5hrs LATE!!! NO APOLOGY. NO COMPENSATION?!?!
Food is vital part of any part or get together and your insanely poor, pathetic customer service ruined our night.
I demand a refund for such deplorable and dissatifactory service.
What ever the reason for the fiasco – not my problem. Not my concern. I need to be contacted and refunded.

We have ordered through doordash multiple times as this is one of the few pizza options for our neighborhood. The first two times we remarked how amazing it was for Marcos but it has gone down hill. The past two times we have had to use the airfryer to finish cooking. The all meat was decent but the philly was practically raw.

Ordered from here three times since they’ve been open and there’s always been an issue. Tonight I ordered contactless delivery and about an hour an a half later I was wondering where my pizza was, so my email to find out that it was shown to have been delivered 45 minutes ago. Never heard the doorbell ring so it was sitting outside for about 40 minutes in 30 degree weather. They also added bacon to a pizzoli when I requested it to be removed, so we couldn’t eat that.

The customer service here is horrific. Orders are delivered extremely late. We were given a delivery time of 7 pm, it’s now after 8 and no sign of a delivery. The app was incorrectly updated to reflect the food was delivered but it’s not here. I tried calling and sat on hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally answered they immediately hung up. The second time I called I sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally just disconnected.

Ordered a pizza at 8:17pm with an estimated delivery at 9pm. We called the shop at 9:35 to inquire about our order and we’re met with short, rude responses.
Our pizza showed up around 945pm and this is what showed up, two pizzas with toppings slid to one side 🙁

Pick-up your order and everything is fine. Have it delivered either by the shop or door dash & your order is most certainly going to be messed up (missing items, wrong pizza, wrong toppings, no add-ons that you paid for & etc.)
