I really really wanted to like this place more. But I will say this. The food was hot and obviously fresh. Everything tasted good, I just felt something was missing. I was hopping for hush puppies, but that’s okay. I’d definitely go again but maybe try the chicken instead of the fish.

The food and service here is always amazing. We wife always gets the chicken tenders and my grandmother gets the thighs and they are hands down better tasting and better quality than Popeyes and canes. I get the fish and shrimp combo and it’s pretty dang good as well. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

Have been 2 or 3 times since they opened. They are ok but honestly I miss Hooks (which moved to LC). On the plus side, you do get a pretty good bit of food for the price and they have pretty late hours compared to anything else local in Sulphur. And the menu is pretty expansive. Alas, while some things like the fried fish or fried shrimp are pretty good, basic stuff like french fries are just lacking and plain.

Food was good and the beer was cold. I had hush puppies and my friend had calamari. Both were excellent. The hush puppies came with a delicious jalapeno sauce. The server we had was great. Always checking in on us. Sitting out back over looking the sound was fantastic. I definitely will recommend this place.

I had the Shrimp special of the day and I was not disappointed. They were a dozen jumbo Shrimp and delicious. Freshly fried along with fresh French fries and a mini salad. I got about 6 Shrimp down before I had to throw in the towel. I will be going back when I’m in this part of the state again.

My family was visiting the area and decided to try this restaurant. The food was good. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and they were delicious. My husband ordered the chicken livers and fried okra and he enjoyed them. The French fries were just ok. Service was good. Atmosphere was decent, clean. Prices for the food were very good. Would eat here again.

Not worth the $12. Pickles so thin all you taste is the bland batter. The seasoning on the shrimp was decent but Poboy it self was disappointing as well.
