The lady running the window is super rude, they swore and sauces would be in my bag and rushed me along out of the drivethru to the edge of the sidewalk. They weren’t. There was no one in front of me, no one in line and I preordered. Our entire meal was half done and half full. This was a large fry and their largest burrito. The tortilla is LARGE and there’s one potato wedge in there and a small amount of eggs and cheese. Again, no sauce. $9 the fries aren’t even luke warm in the middle. I went to the Wendy’s on Livingston Ave. To get a chicken sandwich replaced for being over cooked. After witnessing a huge argument, fight and destruction of alot of kitchen supplies. Afyer 30min. My food was finally remade. Got home to discover the sandwich was under cooked. (Still pink on inside). #needbetteremployees.

I went to the drive thru around 8:45/9:00pm the employees were so rude & also my bacon to baconator fries wasn’t chopped up ! .. the jr. Hamburger we ordered had no topping and she made it a problem when I asked for ketchup. Smh it’s always a problem at this location ! at this point idc if they close… I usually travel to the gender location but today I was tired but ik now just make that drive .! ♀️

They had trainees in there on a busy night I had 4 people in front of me waiting for 30 min for 2-3 items I only got a grilled chicken sandwich and 4 piece nuggets and a medium. Sprite they had to redo my sandwich 2 times and the lettuce was old I waited for 15 min I was not happy neither was the other customers and 1 lady was rude to a customer I really don’t eat Wendy’s I was hungry and now I’m not going back there no matter how hungry I am the wait was to long and some of the people was rude . They also had 3 people sitting In the lobby just talking and not helping so unprofessional they need help and new management.

I was at this Wendy’s on 2/6/24 at drive thru made my order purchased the little frosty card for the 2024 year and never received it and the guy taking my order said I couldn’t get the little frosty until next I visit a Wendy’s also .And didn’t get a receipt with my order either this just isn’t good business. I tried calling for days and no answer pick up and hang up on me.

Worst breakfast experience of my life. Extremely rude staff from the jump. We waited for 15 minutes to get the complete wrong order that was cold and clearly sitting out. Nothing was done to resolve this order and the staff remained unhelpful. I won’t be coming back to this location and I hope the person working won’t be either. Awful, awful service.

I ordered the chicken apple pecan salad. I asked for extra dressing which I got, but no blue cheese crumbles or pecans were in my salad. Did not see until I was already home. Disappointed, but good service.

I went to this location as a door dash driver. There was a note on the door saying the inside was closed so I go to the drive thru. I don’t stop at the mic because I’m not ordering anything. I go to the window and advise what looks to be the manager I was there to get a door dash order. She asked me why I didn’t stop at the mic I said I didn’t know I had to. She said now my line is backed up. I asked for her name she refused to give me the door dash order and she refused to give me her name. I will do more investigation to get her name so I can call corporate because she was rude to me for no apparent reason.

I stopped at the drive thru and had a long wait. Understaffed, and obviously rushing, but my order was perfectly done. Fries were perfect, burger as ordered and cooked to perfection. Staff was polite and professional in the face of obvious hardship. I hope you are proud of your staff. I’m impressed, sincerely.
