Placed an online order for 2 FL not to long ago, order went through but customer cancelled my order, now I have to wait within a week for my refund. I called no answer at all so I decided to stop by since I was on my way home from work. Asked the customer why did he cancel the online order, at first he said it went though, then he said it was the machine so now I can’t re order really upset because I was using what I had left to feed myself. Poor customer service and it’s not even busy inside.

Foods good but why are your prices so much different than other subways. Your pricing is way more expensive. Check the Subway on 87th Street. Close to Central. You’re charging 4 more dollars for a foot long BMT than they do. Pretty sure your meat is the same meat that they have. I can see if this location was like upper class in a rich neighborhood, but it’s not. Unfortunately you lost my business.

This location does NOT accept Subway coupons. A metal cover now blocks your view of the meats and cheeses they are using to make your sandwich while they make your sandwich. Hmmm, why? I will start going to the Subway on 95th Street.

Is the staff would stop talking about their personal stuff to me and just make my sandwich the process would go much faster. Every time we go in there there’s a kid that works there that wants nothing to do but talk to us about his life. We just want to get our sandwich and go. If there was a Subway closer we would go to it definitely. It is not worth going here to listen to other people’s problems. I’m not a therapist I just want my sandwich

I always get my subways here and on Tuesday July 27 in the morning, the woman working in the front unfortunately gave me a bad experience. The moment I walk into the door she takes my order with attitude, and she did not have all the food set up to make my sandwiches, and had let me know that the rest of the food supplies were in boxes in the back and did not want to take her time to go get out the cheese and hams I wanted for my orders. The services was unacceptable today and I was highly disappointed, I did not finish ordering my sandwiches and left.

I wish I could give zero stars. As of today Friday at 7pm the Mexican guy and the Mexican lady who work here are terrible workers. I’ve tried to let it slide but I haven’t seen any improvement. Their both very lazy. The guy always seems angry for no reason and he throws the ingredients onto the sand which. Me and my wife waited 10 minutes for our sandwich when nobody was in the store. The guy and the girl were arguing over who makes the sandwiches. Whenever I see these workers together I’m leaving.

Absolutely horrible subway. I’ve placed an online order twice. Both times the order was canceled. Once I called the place to ask why. I was not given a reason. They just hung up the phone. Go to a different subway. I definitely do not recommend this one.
