Wish I got the females name who took my order. She was very sweet and patient.
I rearranged my morning, woke up early, and missed family time with my husband and 11-month-old daughter to make this pickup. When I returned at 10:00 AM, the store owner was dismissive when I explained the inconvenience and told me to contact corporate and tell them not to dictate store hours for business owners. She further stated the store was closed because she and her family attended church.
While personal commitments are understandable, customers should not be impacted by unannounced closures—especially when orders are placed weeks in advance. The lack of communication and empathy was disappointing.
To make matters worse, I later discovered my order was incorrect. I received a whole boneless ham instead of a half bone-in ham and was charged an additional $41.00.
Between the poor communication, dismissive attitude, and incorrect order, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this location.
This is a follow-up review after a second visit, which unfortunately required even more time away from my family and resulted in a worse experience than the first.
I placed and paid for my order on December 1st for pickup on December 21st at 8:30 AM. I received an email confirmation that morning and the website showed the store as open, yet when I arrived, the store was closed with no notice or communication.
Because the issue was unresolved, I returned the next day—taking additional time away from my husband and our 11-month-old daughter—hoping to resolve the situation calmly. While one staff member was initially polite, the interaction became dismissive and confrontational once the owner’s daughter became involved. I was told I was “the only one who didn’t understand” why the store had been closed, despite official communications stating otherwise.
As a first-time mom trying to make Christmas special for my child, the lack of empathy was especially upsetting. Although my order was refunded, I was briefly offered a replacement ham that was not my original pre-order, then had it withheld while a phone call was made. I left feeling embarrassed, belittled, and emotionally shaken.
While I did receive a refund, the repeated lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect across two visits makes it impossible for me to recommend this location
We all loved the Honey baked ham sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and the broccoli salad was a nice side.
The staff was very helpful in helping me choose what I wanted to have for lunch.
The coolers that were filled with yummy dessert’s and side dishes.
Check this restaurant out if your in the neighborhood.
Tell them hello, for me.
Actual pleasure to come in for lunch and I highly recommend.
