i rarely post reviews but i felt compelled to review new hing lung. i absolutely love it, definitely my favourite chinese in sheffield. i’ve tried lots of dishes (both meaty and veg) and everything is always delicious, but especially the prawn toast! it’s amazing. the lady that works there is so lovely and friendly. i highly recommend it.

I order at 9pm it is now 22.36 and I still haven’t received my food. The food is nice, I’m a regular. I’m not happy because I’m not going to get what I’ve paid for. I will be phoning them tomorrow if I don’t receive my food I will contact my payment provider.

Orded lastnight. They sent the wrong thing by accident. When I phoned them up they admitted the mistake straight away and rectified it. They also threw in some more prawn crackers. The food was amazing and I highly reccomend. Also the delivery driver was a nice chap who couldn’t apologise enough.

My go to Chinese in Sheffield. The food is always hot and delicious, the service is brilliant, super quick. I would recommend the chicken & prawn toast (the best I have ever had) salt and pepper crispy beef and they have some amazing all for one deals if you are ordering alone! I would definitely recommend giving New Hing Lung a try, there’s nothing to fault

Our favourite chinese takeaway in Sheffield! Their salt and pepper box is lovely but their crispy shredded chicken in sweet and sour or their lemon chicken are my absolute favourite! The delivery is super quick as well. We highly recommend this one!

Wow, what can I say?! First and foremost, prime time on a Friday evening and the food was prepared in almost record time, ready for collection. Furthermore, as someone who’s often not very fond of Chinese food, I have to say that I was blown away by both the taste and portion size. In the past I have often found myself bloated and overwhelmed whether that be in a restaurant or takeaway by Chinese food but this was nothing short of brilliant, a bit like CR7’s free kick against Spain in 2018 (if you’re familiar). The food was piping hot even after picking it up and arriving home, tasty, and left me wanting more. The young man on front desk was very polite and offered a few fortune cookies and a whole bag of prawn crackers on the house. Would highly recommend. Fast, hot and tasty, will most definitely be returning in the future.

One of the best Chineses I’ve had in sheffield! Super tasty, portion sizes were spot on, not too salty as I’ve found some Chinese to be. All in all absolutely fab, can’t wait for my next chinese from here! We even had loads leftover which fed us the night after oh and let’s not forget the prawn and chicken toast!! Absolutely delish
