First time here, came in with my wife, she ordered the Turkey Reuben, I had the smash burgers, with fried pickles as the app and a couple beers. Got here early as the place always seems to have a lot of cars. Let’s start with the atmosphere and clean nice local bar feel. Was greeted quickly and seated by Gracie. Food came out quick. Smash burger was OK.. it wasn’t setting the world on fire, and the special sauce was weird. Fried pickles and the fries were good. Turkey Reuben was made with Turkey deli meat, that you would find in the grocery store. The food overall was ok. Flavors of the food were not anything extraordinary just ok. Gracie was attentive but the downgrade in stars comes from the price. The two of us plus a 20% tip was over 70 bucks. At this price I expected the food to be better than it was.

The food is good and the service is good once you are seated…..but therein lies the issue. It’s not necessarily the wait that’s the problem. It’s that it takes 10-15 minutes to seat someone at a table once it’s available. During our 40 minute wait, there were as many as 8 open tables at point. Tables that were occupied 20-30 minutes before so it’s not a lack of wait staff. The tables are cleaned rather quickly so I’m not sure why it takes so long to get butts in the chair.
EDIT: after getting seated and placing an order, we learn that they are out of an exact same item that we tried to order before. Definitely have some issues to work out.

I came in last Saturday it was my first visit. I’ve been wanting to dine in since yall have opened. The prices are a bit high but if it’s great food, it’s worth it ! I love some good bbq fries so I ordered some to-go. I was told on the phone it’s delicious & it’s A LOT of food. I got some pickles on the side and one extra bbq sauce. The total was almost $17. So I was hoping it was good and a lot for the price. It was a decent amount of fries. But it was heartbreaking how there was little to NO meat. There were more burnt char pieces & fat. Once those were removed I had about 2/3 small bites of meat. But it did taste delicious once the burnt pieces were taken out.
Edit ** Management did reach out reassuring me that I must have received the wrong order because that is not how their Smokey fries come at all ! They let me pick up another order and it was SOOO MUCH better ! We will be back !

Just moved to the area and ate there 2 times in 2 weeks. Service & food were great. We tried the burgers, truffle fries, fried green tomatoes, chicken tacos, reuben, alfedo pasta, fish & chips, & pizza. The chicken fried chicken was my fave, and the deserts are all so yummy! It was quiet tge 1st two times, but Friday evening was a little noisy as they have a bar and we’re super busy. Will definitely be back!

First time visit, this place is great! They remodeled the inside into a super cozy atmosphere, our waitress was efficient and friendly, the food came out quickly and was very delicious. Super happy to have such a nice restaurant so close to the house! We will be back for sure!

Everything was really great massive improvements from the precious set up. Food was definitely more expensive but was really good. The tibeye was definitely worth the money. Asparagus and truffle fries were favorites sides.

We came on Father’s Day with 6 adults and a kid and the wait was very long; however, the patience was well worth it. The food was amazing, service was exceptional, and the vibe is very cozy in the restaurant. They also have corn hole on the side which the 3 guys who were with us definitely enjoyed as we waited. The restaurant is definitely learning the ropes still, but it hasn’t even been open a week so I think in a few months it will be a very successful, popular spot to go eat. 10/10 recommend! Just give them grace as they get up on their feet. Glad to have such a good sit down restaurant in temple!

I have had several items from here now and it’s just not good. I don’t think they season a lot of the items. The pimento burger ($18) was so tough that my jaw got sore. I ate about a quarter of it. Mind you, I ordered it to be cooked “medium” and it was, so whatever they did in the cooking process left it with the texture of leather. The fries tasted like they were from days ago. There was maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese on the burger. The chicken on the buffalo chicken mac&cheese was tough and dry but the macaroni base was decent. But again, for the price ($15) you expect better. The pizza ($15.99 for plain cheese) was just not good and I can’t decide if that’s because they just aren’t a pizza place? But they have so many pizzas on offer that it’s confusing. The “jumbo” chicken tenders were okay, but I got the side of fried squash which was literally 4 slices of fried zucchini (and an upcharge of $2.50!!) so I was actually still hungry after that meal because it was only two chicken tenders and 4 pieces of zucchini (for $17.50 for that meal!). The gist is that if the food quality remains the same, the prices have got to come down. If the prices are going to remain the same, the food quality has to improve. For now, I’m done giving them a chance. Between menu cost and tax, I’ve paid almost $70 to them now for what I could make better at home for around $20. The convenience factor simply doesn’t matter when the quality is so poor. This community deserves better.

Only thing this place has going is natty light on draft for 3 bucks. Way too expensive for elevated bar food and 12 dollar piece of cheesecake. Not worth an hour wait.
