The price they are charging for this tiny little scoop of ice cream does not add up. The wife got a Sunday and I think she paid almost 8 dollars and it was a literally about five bites. In the old days, they would scoop a scoop and then pack ice cream all around it and it really felt like you were getting a good scoop of ice cream now it’s just a joke.

This store is disgusting. Every table and the floor were dirty. I had to yell twice to the back just to get someone to come out to help us. The ice cream was in a state of soft to melting quickly. I asked for some napkins to wipe my granddaughters face and hands, do to every table napkin dispenser being empty. The reply was we don’t have any. Then the worker offered us a piece of paper for clean up. I will not return.

I picked up an order for DoorDash today and was welcomed warmly by the 2 workers behind the counter, the order was ready-to-go on time and the woman who retrieved it for me told me to have a nice day. This is not always my experience when picking up orders at other restaurants and was sincerely appreciated I also noticed how the place was impeccably clean – kudos to the staff!

Terrible service, ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, made and paid for the order in advance. 04.24 came to pick up my order, the cake was not ready, could not even find my order and what I indicated. Unfortunately, not all children waited for the cake, the holiday is spoiled. Keep in mind before you order a cake there! And they also confused the composition of the cake, instead of vanilla ice cream they made chocolate. I’m shocked by their terrible service!

I commend the staff for their fantastic customer service. They were packed, super busy with delivery orders and a long line of customers even with three people serving customers. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. As a customer walking into a busy establishment, I like to be acknowledged. As I waited they worked efficiently and quickly, and every customer walked away satisfied with their order, even myself, although they were out of a few flavors, understandable at the end of a very busy day. Thank you for your great customer service and for the delicious ice cream. Well worth the wait.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday in all chocolate. They called and confirmed my order 2 days ago and said they had what I ordered. When I came to pick up the order today, they didn’t have any record that the order was placed or the cake ready. The solution that they had was to give us an oreo ice cream chocolate cake, which was okay, but it was disappointing that they didn’t have what we ordered. In addition they changed how they were writing the name on the cake halfway through icing it so it looks really unprofessional.
