Ordered 1 sub through the app, the italian night club with peppers. Bag felt really light and when I opened up the sub at home there were only vegetables on it and no meat. How does that even happen??? That was the second time we received no meat on a sub from this location. Will not be returning.

Freaky Fast? Over 45 minutes, we called in an order for 13 subs and it took over 45 minutes for them to assemble a bunch of cold subs and we picked them up so the driver did not have to deal with the winter conditions today. The cheese was good, the avocado had a nice flavor, the bun was hard, save yourself the calories pass on the bacon and the meat was your typical processed sliced turkey. They also forgot to put in peppers and pickles on the side. The roast beef is really good from JJ and I should of ordered that in lieu of turkey, my lesson for today. I also heard the Italian sub is good.

Zero stars should be a choice. Don’t order from this store if you have to eat during your lunch hour. “Freaky Fast” means you will call after an hour and they will JUST be making your order. Then another 20-25 minutes to get it to you. No apologies, credit or even an apology cookie! You can’t reach corporate to report the same issue happens every time you order. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I recently bought five sandwiches from this location to take to the beach with my family. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches had almost no filling—just a little turkey and no other ingredients. It was clearly made by mistake, and one of us ended up without a proper lunch. I returned to the store that evening to explain the situation, but instead of offering a refund or replacement, the manager only gave me a few ingredients. That response felt careless and disappointing, especially since I paid full price for the sandwich. Mistakes happen, but I expected better service and accountability from the staff.
