I received sauces that I did not order, shoved IN my pizza. As you can clearly see, there was plenty of room to set the sauces off to the side of the pizza, where they typically are. The cheese was pulled from two other slices to the one where the sauce is at, so I know it was deliberate.

Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and “they” confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left.
I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store.
Maddy – the manager- said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I’ll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well.
An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we’re delivered. The driver says, “I heard you got the wrong order, here.” To which I replied it is all cold and useless now.
Called the store AGAIN and Maddy answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Papa John’s- especially in Columbia City- has gone to pot and they don’t care.

Stop saying pizzas are done online when they are not. Id rather sit in my car than go inside to wait. I got kids man. And who puts pepperoni under the cheese? Hows it suppose to get crispy? Also get your pizza cutters sharpened more often

Great service! I have no idea why it is rated a 3.9 because it is AMAZING! We always have a deal on the app for a one topping pizza which is great for me to eat like 2 pieces a day and be able to have that for like 4 days! I love to either get just Pepperoni Pizza or a pepperoni and mushroom pizza! Definitely recommend it! (Sorry Papa John’s, I feel bad that you have a 3.9 star review. Hope it helps)

My girlfriend ordered the 3 topping special for us. In all honesty, her mistake, she didn’t realize she needed to customize the pizza and add the toppings. We called 2 minutes later, as she immediately realized she didn’t add the toppings. They were not willing to offer any kind of option to get the toppings put on. Fair enough, it was our mistake, but it’s not like we went to pick the pizza up and noticed it then. My biggest issue is, if we ordered a 3 topping special, why wouldn’t they call and ask if we meant to order just cheese on a 3 topping special?? When she called back they didn’t care at all, and told her they wouldn’t credit anything back. At the end we paid $19 for a large cheese pizza…I feel they could have at least tried to offer an ounce of customer service…it was an honest mistake

What happen to the little side of garlic dipping sauce. Was looking forward to the savory flavor of buttery garlic sauce. We ordered the gluten free crust. And garlic parm wings. The crust was what you would expect. The rest was just plain nasty. Tasted old and stale. The wings were fatty and under cooked. The garlic parm sauce was very good. Delivery guy was cool. Only two reasons for the 1 star.

It was about twenty minutes late from being ready in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, they weren’t busy. When we finally got home with a simple pepperoni pizza it was probably the worst Pizza we have ever had. Just a bad experience and won’t be going back.
