My stepsons treated their Dad and I for Father’s Day at Gio’s. Staff are welcoming, attentive and thankful .
My husband and younger stepson enjoyed their chicken parmigiana. My older stepson liked his perfectly prepared steak. I liked their calamari with non-spicy sauce. They gave me a separate spicy sauce.
Their complimentary bread was warm.
All food served was fresh.

Gio’s in Atlantic Beach is excellent. My friends and I had a great end to end experience. Adam was our friendly and attentive server . . he was world class. He was supported by others on the waitstaff- you could tell this crew works like a team! The food was superb; apps, sides, mains, and dessert were all ordered and all four in the party loved each bite of each dish. If you are in the LB / AB / Rockaways and are looking for your next evening out for a nice dinner, look no further.

We went there over the weekend and the food was excellent. I was shocked this kind of restaurant existed so close to Long Beach. The halibut was super fresh and the green beans that came w the fish was prepared fantastically. Good job Gio’s! We will be back!

If you want good authentic Italian food Gios is the place to go! The eggplant tower and baked clams are out of this world good! Best vodka sauce I have ever had! Overall the food is amazing and you’ll want to go back to try more. Great drinks and good vibes. The atmosphere is very lively and fun. To top it off owner and head chef Gio is a sweetheart and cares for his customers.

Amazing! I am only in the area temporarily, but really glad I found this place. Might be seriously expensive and cost $100+ for a single person, but really delicious and incredible service. Wish there were more places like this in the City.
