The staff were young and uninterested. I get it! Food court job. But come on, speak up and look me in the eye!
Fried rice was super dry and crunchy
Beef brocolli was ok, Kung Pao chicken was good but the server made sure scooped up all the fries used up chillies and put it on the portion.. why?? !!! Can I actually get veggies and chicken not 8 peppers !

Ordered a Raspberry Iced Tea (sweet but quenched my thirst), and a bowl with chow mein and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast (which also had green beans and yellow peppers). I thought the portion of meat was generous, and the meat was tender with good flavour. My friend had the chow mein, Mushroom Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. The server gave a heaping amount of broccoli, but did purposefully pick a few beef slices to complete the serving. Only one scoop of the mushroom chicken was given, though! No complaints. Panda Express is usually a fair option for us in the US for no frills but standard American Chinese fast food.

I ordered 2 bowls from Panda Express at Bellis Fair mall.
The menu items does not say spicy for the ordered items.
To our surprise & disappointment ALL, EVERY BIT ARE SPICY.
Either I don’t order at all from this restaurant or I ask them if
the menu choices are spicy or not.
I use to order from Panda Express almost anywhere in the state of WA. But these were not spicy at all. If all of these restaurants are serving spicy now, then it’s time that I avoid all of their restaurants. depending on the dish I sometimes eat spicy food but, MAN! NOT ALL THE TIME! NOT EVERYDAY!.

Panda Express offers a decent variety of Chinese-American dishes, but the portion sizes can be inconsistent. Sometimes, the servings are generous, but other times they can be underwhelming. The orange chicken and fried rice are tasty, but I wish they would provide more value for the price. The staff is usually friendly, and the restaurant is clean. It’s an average choice for a quick and convenient meal.

This is hands down the best Panda Express in Whatcom County. The food is fresh fresh, the service is fast and friendly. I’ve been back twice because it was so good. Excellent service excellent food really makes a trip to the mall extra special. Highly recommend. Check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been here many times but this last time. I had to note how bad it was.
Beijing Beef beyond chewy with no flavor
Chow mein noodles were sub-par.
Asked for a double portion of the Beijing beef that was a mistake.
Idk if the picture helps, but it looked off.

Sometimes you want some Americanized Chinese food. When that craving hit, panda exprsss always delivers. Nothing wrong with the food. This particular location is nice and clean with pipping hot food. The Flavors are strong and the portions are generous. I’d come back again

Honestly, this mall suffered through the pandemic and the last time that I was at this panda express was probably about five years ago. It felt a lot different this time around as the guy working was not the most enthusiastic nor customer service-based and had not really added anything to our experience. Don’t get me wrong, I know this isnt a dine in restaurant by any means, but a “hello” or merely speaking to us could have added to our interaction. We had ordered the plate combo which has rice or noodles and two entrées. I had gotten noodles, orange chicken, and green beans and beef and then we got a fried rice combo with beef and broccoli and orange chicken. For starters, the selection wasn’t as large as it usually is, as it only featured items on one side of the glass instead of having a whole array of items (which I get, is probably by demand or determined by busy-ness). Everything we got would have been our usual suspects and easy crowd pleasers as fast food Chinese goes, but it all sort of fell flat. Chicken seemed extra battered, rice and noodles felt not as fresh and things just really weren’t too enjoyable. It wasn’t enough for us to go back and say anything of course because it’s not like it was inedible or served cold and at the end of the day it’s just a food court. Am I still going to order Panda Express? Probably LOL. But this was just one experience that was underwhelming.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service at Panda Express (Bellis Fair Mall Location)
I had a great experience today at Panda Express #226, thanks to an outstanding team who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
Helaina (AM) personally helped me get my order exactly how I wanted it—she was kind, attentive, and made the process smooth and stress-free. It really meant a lot to be treated with such care.
Rebecca at the front line was friendly and efficient, greeting me with a smile and handling everything professionally.
Zach and Dan were on point in the kitchen—everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared.
You can tell this crew works well together and takes pride in what they do. Their positive energy and attention to detail made my visit feel special. Thank you all for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!
