Horrible place I had a mobile order I show up they were barely making it (which is okay). The guys says sit down n I’ll call you when it’s ready. The guy is kind everything is normal get my food and go. When I get home there was no meat in my sandwich ( we bought 3 foot longs) non had meat they were only veggies and upon further inspection, we founds scraps. I was wondering if this was normal for orders but I placed another order the next day at a different t location and wham-bam full of meat. This location is stingy doesn’t care about portions to mess up 3 orders is horrible. Don’t shop here I feel bad if this is a franchise but have these guys go out of business. Horrible service. Don’t recommend. Please listen and don’t spend your money here.

Staff is not behaving nicely with customers. We did online order and used coupon which was objected by the staff and most of the items were told out of stock. Since we were traveling we requested keys to use restroom which was issued after repeating for 4-5 times after staff validated system order receipt with order in phone. Also we were objected to throw trash in the bins. Experience was pretty bad!!

Posted that they’re open til 8 pm. It’s 6:50 pm. I hadn’t eaten in hours and being pregnant I wanted something fresh(ish). I really couldn’t believe when we were turned away because they were closing “ten minutes early” which a woman there said they do daily….It’s a shame since we use to go here occasionally since it was close by. We will be going elsewhere from now on. I never minded the cracking floors, or the fact that the people behind the counter never wash their hands, change their gloves, or keep their hair back. and 6:50 isn’t ten minutes early – it’s an hour an ten minutes early. Please fire this woman if you want this subway to survive. Perhaps all of them.

First i was waiting for the lady to come out and take my order for like 5 mins. Then i wanted ranch on my sandwich i order and she put garlic aioli on my sandwich instead when i clearly was saying she grabbed the wrong thing. Then i wanted ranch on the side and she grabbed the aioli again. And i was like no thats not ranch. Horrible

There was 7 minutes left and they closed already. I only wanted cookies. They had them on the little cookie shelf. Sheit store. They only cared about leaving. It’s 12.29.22 at 7:54 pm and they refused me service. Booo.
