My husband and I are foodies through and through. Whenever there is an opportunity to try a new spot in our travels, we make an effort to go to the best spots. Whether you’re new to the area, needing a place to stop in your travels or looking to discover a new place, this is it! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with ample seating. Parking is located in the back of the building, so keep an eye out if this is your first time :).
Due to dairy sensitivity, I don’t always get to enjoy quality ice cream, so was very excited to enjoy some of the delicious and unique flavors at this food spot. The mango guava ice cream was decadent and creamy; very good flavor. We also enjoyed the tamarind and lychee ice cream which offered a slightly tart and sweet profile. During our visit, we enjoyed a cup of Cuban cafecito (a small but mighty cup that is rich in flavor) that paired well with the churro cake.
When we are back in the Orlando area, we will make a point to stop here again. Hands down, the best food in quality and flavor .

My family and I stopped here today and got some treats before we headed home from vacation. Everyone loved it! It’s a very cute little building with cool murals on the outside and a friendly atmosphere inside. The family who owns and runs the restaurant is very kind and the customer service was great! The ice cream was delicious and my husband, who isn’t vegan, said that the cinnamon roll was the best one he’s ever had! It was so nice to be able to eat out somewhere where I didn’t have to worry about my milk allergy getting in the way of my dining experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend!❤️⭐️

We stopped into Market on South again, which has a few little vegan businesses running under the same roof as separate options bundled together.
Vegan Scoops had pretty good vegan ice cream in a variety of interesting flavors. Some with a Cuban flare.
The ice cream was decent. But more interesting as they had a variety of interesting baked goods that could be paired with them. Including some Cuban specialties like Guava Cream Pastelitos, and some more typical options.
We got the churro cake with a Cuban Cafecito ice cream on top. It was pretty good, definitely to the SO’s tastes.
We also tried a little bit of a couple of their cookies, which were rich, gooey, and had a slightly odd grainy texture. We had mixed reviews on them, but they were pretty good.
Certainly a little on the expensive side, but then vegan specialty places usually are. What we had was good, if you are in the area and up for something sweet it is probably worth checking out.

Yum! Tried two GF/V desserts and a bowl with extremely generous portions – and staff. Kind, quick, and delicious. Would definitely come back!

First off, this place is super cute inside. We were greeted instantly and given the run down of the two different menus/ cuisines. The food was absolutely delicious. I’m somewhat of a picky eater and I enjoyed everything that my family and I tried. My mom is vegan so she jumps at any opportunity to get some good vegan food so we tried a lot of different dishes. I ordered the burrito and it was DELICIOUS! The sauce was absolutely fantastic and the use of lentils was fun and unique. We got tacos too which were very good. The sandwiches (which we tried one from each menu) were really good. The croissant was so buttery and yummy. We got vegan shrimp that was fun and the sweet potato fries were so good. There are lots of desserts and vegan ice cream. So so many vegan options it really was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and looked like they were enjoying what they were doing which is always refreshing. I truly cannot recommend them more!! Thank you!

Amazing vegan food and desserts! Will definitely be back! My husband and I, as well as, our eleven year old daughter are vegan and we were ALL happy with the food! As an additional plus, I loved that the lady behind the counter asked a customer if she had any allergies and was proactive about it. I feel like this is a rarity; so many people working in a restaurant don’t care about allergies and many don’t even know the ingredients in the food in order to warn people. I love that she was so proactive in making sure the lady who had ordered the dish wasn’t allergic to cashews. That kind of care of rare, but so very appreciated!

So many options and all vegan…that’s shocking! It’s nice to go buy vegan desserts like non-vegan people do. I settled for just making my desserts from scratch at home but this is just wonderful! No yucky egg flavor in the desserts. I had the cinnamon roll and my husband had the snickerdoodle. It was all fantastic.

A MUST TRY (even if you are not vegan)!!! I absolutely love this place and the owners. Everything tastes amazing and fresh. My favorite menu item is the mini pancake plate (pictured), although I haven’t tasted the “cheesecake” that everyone raves about. Stop by and enjoy some wholesome vibes and good food.
Update: The “cheesecake” is amazing!!! Also, Vegan Scoops now serves authentic vegan Cuban cuisine! This is one of my absolute FAVORITE spots in Orlando. The food is flavorful, high quality and proportioned! Do your tastebuds a favor and go order a wonderful meal today!! Check out the pics!

The best vegan ice cream I have ever had! I had pumpkin spice with a homemade waffle cone that was delicious. I also had freeze dried strawberry coated cheesecake which was outstanding.
We also ate at A Lo Vegano (vegan cuban food) sister company. I had one of the most delicious meals ever with a fresh buttery (vegan) homemade crescent. The food comes out hot and full of flavor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
If I lived in Orlando, I would certainly be a regular. I ate there 3 times in one week while visiting because the food was so good, I kept going back. Defiantly recommend!
