Ordered a 6” , noticed while I was eating in store I was charged for a foot long. Made the employee aware and she fought with me about just making the other half of my sandwhich instead of a refund. Then the other employee told her to make the sandwhich and she said whatever and stormed off.

Ordered online at Noon, got there for pickup at 12:30 pickup time. My order wasn’t started till around 1 after the entire lobby that was funneling for lunch was taken care of first.
Management left one single girl alone in the store for lunch rush, felt so bad for her. She was very kind and apologetic, this review is not towards her by any means.
I just find it a little insane when management treats their workers like servants and won’t come in to help when they can’t find someone to come in.

I ordered a sub at 11:00 AM for a 12:05 pickup. I needed at that time because I was on lunch break. I got there at 12:05 and they hadn’t started on it yet. They told me they were working on it, but that wasn’t true. I finally got my sandwich at 12 :17.

My only gripe and it’s not even a gripe on the business is that parking a larger vehicle is difficult in the area and I often have to park about a block away to walk there

I walked in and waited a minute or two for anyone to even walk out from the kitchen area and when the two younger looking people came from the kitchen they were Arguing over who’s gonna make The sandwiches and who’s gonna cash them out and they were both wearing AirPods and I don’t have a name for the male or female since neither name tags or hats or wash their hands before making our sandwiches but they started finally making our food and the lady making our food was not listening to anything we asked for for our first sandwich and so after we had to clarify three times what we wanted we finally got it made and then she kind of listened for the second one and they were not friendly at all didn’t even get the right wrap for our sandwich. They put it on flatbread instead because they weren’t listening and then after we walked out, they were still complaining and talking bad about the customers. What goes on in this place? Who is the manager? I have many questions….

As I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted with the pleasant and flavorful aroma of the delectable subway ingredients. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful (I have down syndrome). After I had the pleasure speaking with these delightful employees I sat down at begin eating my foot long. It was the best thing I have ever tasted! I felt chills throughout my body and yelled to thank the employees for this amazing foot long, which was made with the most scrumptious ingredients I could imagine. Thank you Mascoutah Subway!

I ordered online and waited in line for a good 10 minutes and there’s an even bigger line behind me. When I got to the front she told me I have to wait so she can finish the line when I’ve already paid. What sense does that make and why couldn’t you just make it then? I don’t personally like mascoutah so I definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment.

This review is for this order as the others have been good. Ordered on app a Philly Cheesesteak and a Subway club with specifics. Neither was correct. My wife’s Club wasn’t even a club, totally different sandwich. I called and went to pickup the correct one. When I got home with hers and went to eat mine it was wrong also wrong. Totally different sandwich too. When I spoke with the person in charge, he said they were busy and rushed. No excuse in a service business. Will only order in person for now on. Shame.
